I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. But Scully's ... Trying to deceive and burn little old ladies is, in my humble view, I dunno, an act of blatant criminality. They will lie to your face to steal your money, it seems.
