I've bought and sold houses and apartments for the past 35 years and Lisa is the best real estate…read moreagent I've ever had. I'm going to tell you why. 1) Lisa is a professional. She dots i's and crosses t's because, whether you're buying or selling, this is a big investment and she's not going to drop the ball. if she doesn't know something, she's going to find out. She's the kind of person who drives to a location the day before so she's sure she knows where she's going and won't be late. She's got this. She does not make you nervous. 2) Lisa is smart. She is representing you and she gets deals done. She understands human nature and will also protect you against yourself, if you let her (things can get emotional). 3) She's a generous people person. She likes people... so you're getting someone who will smile, make eye contact, and extend herself. She wants you to be happy. She does what she says she'll do and she keeps in touch. Lisa is the first one to offer to meet you and the other broker more than halfway. 4) Lisa believes in positive vibes and she tells the truth. We need more people on this planet who believe in karma and holy cow, this is especially true in today's crazy world. 5) She's also an interior decorator with a wickedly good eye. As a seller's agent, she's going to tell you how to show your house to advantage. As a buyer's agent, she's going to see things that you may miss, Ok, now for specifics. She sold my 2mm+ house -- we went from signing the agreement, to staging, to photos, to listing, to showing, to multiple offers, to signed contract in one week, with strategic hand holding in a tough transaction every step of the way. She then, at the same time, navigated the most seamless and pleasant purchase or a highly coveted beach condo with all four parties (2 agents, buyer, seller) emerging as... friends. I closed on both transactions within 5 days. If you have a chance to work with her, grab it. You're welcome ;)

Where do I even begin... All you need to know is Lisa is the unicorn in her profession. I had…read moreprobably been looking for about 6 months on and off and then one magical day I ran into Lisa at an open house and the rest is history. Lisa worked with me for countless hours, even answering questions for me first thing in the morning and very late at night. I WAS a first time home buyer, and as she promised, she found me my very own place! I still can't believe it, as I am writing this. Lisa was so helpful in every aspect of the process and I am forever indebted to her. THANK YOU LISA, for not just being an amazing realtor but also friend as well!

Great office setting - I have spent a year at this complex, and have had a great experience…read more The team is top shelf - always helpful and professional. Even though there are literally 300 offices to track, the administrative team is always available, friendly and professional. Matt Derosa is wonderful to work with, and is always happy to greet my clients and make them feel at home. Our new admin Muriel is excellent as well - just highly personable and very welcoming. Both of them have gone well beyond the norm to support my business and enhance my experience there. The value of this site is also just tremendous - to have all services included such as internet, housekeeping, phone, etc. has been extremely helpful for my budget. Other similar places I've been in the past are nowhere near as affordable, and tend to add on various fees which inflate the cost. One place nearby charged an additional 150 bucks for an office with a window, and rented out conference rooms by the hour. This operation provides free use of conference rooms, 24-hour access, free copying/printing (within reason, of course), and a nice lounge with unlimited tea, coffee and spring water, which I find very generous. But the main value is in the management team there, which is top notch. If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be that I had some difficulties with the IT folks that they partner with. But when an issue arose, Matt jumped right in and made sure that my problem was addressed quickly and effectively. So if you are looking for a solid business which offers great value, service and collegiality, you can't possibly go wrong here.

Very bad experience both emotionally and costly. This person is a real sweet talker, but that is…read moreonly at the start. Listed our 80 year old highly desirably family farm(largest land left in that town), but he had developers lined up before I met him. He was told from day one that development was not an option. Singed agreement after putting several upgrades throughout the home, but was forced into not listing the house and only the property(development). Me and the other family member that owned the property refused development. Therefore, that member bought me out to preserve the property and stop the Realtor's ambitions. He never showed the house once, only taking exterior ground and aerial photos. When I insistent to list the home interior photos were finally taken. After several negotiations with him and our attorneys we finally had to settle at a $35,000 commission fee only to keep the property from development and to move on. If you do not want to be taken advantage of through financial loss don't get involved with this person, jeopardizing your greatest asset. The property is still not sold and we have to start all over again, but we were not forced into something we never wanted by some stranger that we would forever regret. Everything looks amazing with his online presentations and marketing advertisement, but that is only a fallacy and an illusion. Be aware it will trap you and it will cost you both financially and emotionally after your loss.

Unfortunately, my experience was not like the other reviews posted. Michael listed our home at a…read moreprice we agreed on. In just one week later after getting the listing he said it was "so high" He told me to lower the price by $190k which I felt uncomfortable because we had 0 showings and we had no feedback to go by. It's a sellers market and he never believed in the original purchase price from the beginning because he just wanted the get listing first to lower the price a week later which hurts the listing of my home with a price reduction In only a week on the market. I asked him if we can do a Brokers Open and he said he has not done a Brokers Open in over 3 years because broker were to busy to attend and brokers that do attend -all they wanted was free food. We also discussed doing an appointment only Open House. My wife and I approved of the idea of the Open House but he never organized it. In addition, he made a lot of mistakes with the marketing on our home during the time of the listing. Wrong pictures added, pictures were showing reversed - for example my drive way showed to be on the left side of the house instead of the right. He also put the wrong price on the MLS which was a different price that he was authorized by my wife and I. The video was wrong we told Michael we didn't want some personal things on the video and it ended being in the video. He never reviewed the marketing of our home himself bc my wife and I had to repeatedly find mistakes which we had to correct him on. Some of the mistakes he never corrected even after we told him to this day. We told him we wanted to cancel the listing because he wasn't doing his job. He denied everything even though my wife and I documented everything.. We have emails, pictures and text messages to prove negligence in part of the poor service he provided. We had 0 showings. Now, Michael and his manager are giving us a hard time cancelling the listing. I spoke to the broker manager to explain everything in detail that went wrong with the listing and told him my wife and I didn't want to sell and to take the listing off the market. The day after we spoke to the manager he was insubordinate by keeping the listing of our home on the market against our decision. I called him and left him 2 messages and have not returned any of my calls. They don't want to listen nor want us to move on by trying to force us to work with them but at this point the trust is gone. They don't want to accept the wrong doing. I had to hire a lawyer to resolve this problem.
