Probably the worst place to bring your car. Went in for a normal oil chance. They said my rear…read moredifferential fluid needed to be replaced and said they would give a discount. I said yeah why not. They did it the second I left I get a noise from the back of my car. I went right back and they told me if it continues at the next service then I should go see a mechanic for it so I listened to their instructions and I come back with the noise still for the next oil change. They said bring it to a mechanic. I brought it to my mechanic and my mechanic told me my entire differential is destroyed. So I called the claim center and they started a claim and the person that did the work is the one who did the investigation. That person told me that they did nothing wrong and they're going to decline my claim. Meanwhile, I now have a $5000 repair to make for work that they did wrong. I escalated the claim and nobody else got back to me. They told me that they did nothing wrong and there's nothing more that they are going to do. Now I have to pay because of their mistakes. Imagine having a slogan as a service you can trust.

Absolute ripoff artists. Went there for a simple state inspection. They told me my brake pads…read moreweren't good enough. They wanted over $1200 to remove 4 bolts per wheel and swap out the rotors and pads. They already had it on the lift with all the wheels off. At that point, it would have been a half-hour job and less than $200 worth of parts. I told them to put my wheels back on, and I'd do the brakes myself. Cost me $180 for parts. As I was taking the wheels off, I found They had cross threaded one of my lug nuts, which ruined the stud. They didn't even have the decency to tell me about it. I had to cut it off and go get a new one to install. The worst part is that while replacing the pads, I discovered they didn't even need replacing. They had way more than enough material to pass inspection, and the rotors were well within specs. I will never go to any Midas ever again. They're just another scamming ripoff shop.

Kenta Bond, the owner of this shop is a man of high integrity. He also is a master of customer service. I call him a dinosaur because, even though he is a rather young person, he provides "old time" customer service. His pricing is extremely competitive - better than many - and he truly cares about his customers. The other day he stayed late to make sure my car repair was complete. It was not a simple repair. The car needed an axle. The parts supply house was very late getting him the needed part so Mr. Bond actually got in his car and went to the supply house and picked up the part himself. That pushed the repair completion time back. However, Mr. Bond stayed about an hour past usual closing time to get the job done for me. He does high quality work and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please help support this small local business. He needs the support far more than the big chain repair shops in the area and his price markups are far less than theirs!

Then the "change oil" mileage was set at 3K, even though the recommendation at my car's age has been 5K for the longest time and it should have been in the Napa records. Speaking of which, the oil change did not make it into the on-line record for the car, which kind of defeats the purpose of sticking to the Napa system. So as much as I kinda liked them, now I feel I can't trust them, so will not be back.
