I sent my Nissan pick up truck to them to do the head gaskets. They had it for over six months and couldn't complete the job. I now have to take it to someone else put the motor back in and finish the gasket. read more

This place is great! So refreshing to find a good, honest reliable mechanic. My son developed a horrible oil leak on the way here from Buffalo and had to get back right after Christmas. Within a half hour of calling the car was up on the rack, they quickly identified the issue as a blown out oil sending unit, fixed it and it was done! They even cleaned up the engine! Price was extremely reasonable and the car was done in an hour. They really saved my son and they did it fairly, and on very short notice at the holiday time. Can't ask for more than that. Nick and Dan were also friendly and nice guys as a bonus! Highly recommend! read more

I have been meaning to write a review of this garage for some time now, My husband has a late model Subaru Outback that has many miles. We have been searching for a mechanic who would be able to fix repairs honestly and reasonably priced. We were referred to Fitzgeralds and have never had a regret since. They are so amazingly professional and nice (even with last minute repairs!) and has always been honest about repairs. I brought my 2007 Chevy 1500 truck in for a fuel pump. This is a job that I would have usually done myself but my garage was full of protects so it would have been a pain to make room to get the truck into my own garage and then have to move everything back. I talked to the owner and the first thing he said to me is "we only use AC Delco pumps and they are expensive" which immediately told me that this was a shop that knew what they were doing. if anyone has ever had the joy of changing out a Fuel pump for the second time in a matter of months because a cheaper aftermarket pump died after 3000 miles will tell you, it's better to pony up the money for the AC Delco pump and save yourself the headache of having to do the job over again. He gave me a estimate of a little over $700 which is around the going rate for this job. The total cost came in a little under the estimate and they even replaced a section of bad fuel line at no charge. If you are looking for a cheap mechanic this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a honest shop that uses quality parts and does the job right the first time this is where you will want to bring your vehicle. read more
