The staff was plentiful to help and friendly. Inside the arena the seats were comfortable and everything felt close to the action. The in game production was good and orderly. Try the Cardinal popcorn as it is a mix of butter and Carmel popcorn. It's very tasty. I thought it was odd that the arena didn't have a clear bag policy. This didn't slow down entering into the building too much. However it isn't very standard for the sports industry. The other oddity was the facility design. I loved the easy access from the parking lot into the arena. However, you have to climb stairs to go up into the arena. No simple walking in the same level from the box office to the arena concourse. There are elevators if you need them. And the stairs are wide and very safe. Just an odd design to me.

Even the seats on the side are angled into the center of the court, so you're just a bit more comfortable. The glass on the front row of the upper level gives more of a viewing opportunity. The natural light is a great tough, getting to see just a little bit of the Indiana sunset as you take in the game. Even the concession stands are thought out enough to be inside the playing area, which makes for some difficult line navigation but cool nonetheless that you don't miss any action while waiting. In true Indiana style--and I mean this in a great way--this feels like an expanded Indiana high school gymnasium built for basketball rather than a big arena for multi-use at a university. This place was MADE for basketball. Highly recommend a game here.

We snagged excellent seats but they were occupied by a bunch of students, who begrudgingly eventually did move. We went to the VIP section where they celebrated with Fat Tuesday cakes, cookies, another beverage stand, veggies, etc, met the Merchants frog, and had a fun Night together. The bathrooms were clean, admission into the facility was quick and easy, security check points moved fast and overall, both kids had a pretty smooth introduction to sports in the safest environment possible!

I wish that they would make some kind of rule that people cannot reserve entire rows of seating for guests that have not yet arrived, but I suppose that is a personal preference. Their concessions were open, and they had a stand out front where you could buy flowers and mementos for the graduates, which I thought was nice. If you happened to be "up in the rafters" they also had huge screens where you could view the ceremony from the perspective of cameras that were strategically placed around the stage. Parking was $10, but I feel that it was well worth it to be able to have so many family members and friends with us on such a joyous day!

My sister and I were simply…read moretrying to move down a row to get Bam's autograph--something fans do all the time--and instead of handling it calmly or professionally, an usher immediately escalated the situation and put her hands on my sister. There was zero need for physical contact. No warning, no attempt to de-escalate, just straight to being aggressive. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. We paid good money to be there and ended up feeling disrespected and honestly shocked. And to make it worse, it already kind of sucks being Pacers fans all season during a rough year--then when the team we're actually excited to see comes to town, we get treated like trash by arena staff. That's not how you treat paying fans. Security and staff are supposed to ensure safety--not create uncomfortable or hostile situations. This was handled in the worst possible way, and it reflects terribly on the arena and its staff. Do better.

He could have had people controlling the flow of the lines to make entry a little easier. Everybody was at a standstill, and was wondering what was the holdup. The bathrooms at this venue, you could have been much more cleaner. The merchandise was horrible for the concert. Even driving downtown, there were no police on the streets to control traffic, on top of that it was a lot of traffic with the St. Patrick's festivities.

I always enjoy watching the games and getting all the ballpark classic eats. The stadium is always very clean when I'm there and crowd control is managed well. They have many concession stands throughout. I personally prefer the regular stands since I prefer to get my classic hot dogs and churros. However, the soft serve ice cream sundaes are absolutely delicious and worth getting. Food is also reasonably priced here, where one hot dog is $5 on regular days but only a dollar on Tuesdays! I think Victory Field hosts the Indy Indians for the most part, so they are synonymous in service. The Indians games are always fun, and they host some good giveaways for themed nights. Make sure to arrive early!

There were plenty of food vendors, serving a wide variety of items and several stores (they were closed for my visit). I went to some single A games in Virginia that were played on a high school field, so I was shocked when I arrived. It's a really nice facility, I was told IU Kokomo plays their games there. Not familiar with the ballpark, my experience started with buying tickets over the phone. I described the kind of seats I wanted, lady at ticket window provided exactly what I wanted; they were great seats!! The night I went was thirsty Thursday, so domestic beer was $2 for 12 Oz glass. Had a brat and eventually French fries. Parking was easy, may be a challenge if sold out. I had a blast!!!

They'll turn up the ballpark driveway, not knowing for sure why they're doing it. They'll arrive at the ticket gate as innocent as children, longing for the past. Of course, we won't mind if you look around, they'll say. It's only eight dollars per person. Folks'll pass over the money without even thinking about it. For it is money they have and peace they lack. And they'll walk out to the Umbrella Bar and the Backyard, and sit in shirt-sleeves on a perfect afternoon. Or they'll find they have reserved seats somewhere along one of the baselines, where they sat when they were children and cheered their heroes. And they'll watch the game, and it'll be as if they'd dipped themselves in magic waters. The memories will be so thick, they'll have to brush them away from their faces. People will come, Funk...The one constant through all the years, Funk, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game -- it's a part of our past, Funk.
