I picked up both keys and checked them on against the other and they did not match. Tossed the new piece of garbage "key" on the table and left. Constantly ask newer personnel where some item is located when it is not present in location listed on website and they have no idea who to ask for help, they make up excuses about actual inventory never matches quantity on hand. If you ask an old hand they know right where to go to get what you are looking for, in most cases when it is outside on a rack, not in the store. Management has to address these issues.

When I attempted to use my instore credit, the Store then informed me thatthe credit could only be applied for another chair, that I could not use my instore credit to purchase a mattress. While in the store, I reviewed their inventory list where bedding and furniture were used interchangeably in their wording. In my opinion, since this particular chair was defective upon delivery that it was not of good quality and I was pretty much forced to choose another chair which could also have been defective.
