We mentioned who we placed the order with and they said they'd have to talk to them about it. At this point, we just went to the actual store. I don't have time for my food to go bad. Maybe I need a deep freezer, but hell. I know where I WON'T be buying it. When we arrived, they still had no record of the order. Nor did they offer any apologies for the confusion. I even went as far as to mention again who we spoke to, what date, what time, and for how long. The guy was pretty rude for someone in the customer service industry. I don't know if they operate on commission or get kickbacks in their company, but if so, he's definitely doing it wrong. Furthermore, they didn't even have the refrigerator that we'd ordered. They led us to some pretty busted up products and basically said "take it or leave it." At this point, my mother, in a rare moment of restraint, walked out rather than going off on the guy. I was more than patient and understanding with him. I talked to the Farmville police department who told me at least ten other people have filed reports with the same complaints.
