It took 3 weeks to come to an agreement, but after the Wright restoration guys started, it was smooth sailing! One day, Bill came with his 14 year old son Logan, who had gotten his working papers. I can't say enough good things about them. They work all day long, take no breaks, and are super polite and careful. The job turned out beautifully! How much do we admire a dad who teaches his children how to work? Way to go, Bill! Even my husband was telling people" these are the people that you want". He is very hard to impress! Communication with Dan and this business has been smooth and professional. The scheduled window of time I expected someone to arrive was between 8 and 10am. I received a message just before 7am that Dan would arrive at 8:30, which was indeed his arrival time. We did a house walkthrough and discussed what rooms needed cleaning and what needed done. Dan brought his own equipment and steam sanitized my floors, and cleaned throughout. This was a preliminary deep cleaning appointment and unfortunately his helper called off, but wow, this guy is a workhorse. In just a few hours he cleaned my house top to bottom and left things in good order. Floors look great, surfaces all look cleaned well, I'm very very pleased. The only area lacking was dusting (only noted in my bedroom) but I had a lot of clutter and we didn't discuss that. Overall a great job, I have no hesitation about having this business clean for me in the future and im waiting to schedule future appointments as I write this.

My mother's call log has 2 missed calls and a voicemail staying we are late for our 10-12 appointment. I never agreed to 10-12 as I already had a standing appointment at 10. At 12:03 you sent a picture text message saying you were leaving which now makes sense because you can't keep track of your own schedule. Then when I finally get ahold you, you realize your time was wrong and say the appointment was 12-2 and you have a "5 minute waiting period". Don't lie and think customers won't leave you bad reviews.
