Normally, I'm asked by many associates if I need help, and each has been so knowledgeable. I'm come several times a year, but as for bigger projects, last year, we built a new large pollinator garden with only native plants and this spring, we basically started over on an overgrown landscaping island, and both times, associates helped us for quite some time using their knowledge of the plant, garden positioning (relative to sun direction), soil conditions, and required maintenance to plan the projects out without upselling anything, which I appreciate. I believe they said they do have guarantees on their bushes and trees.

At the other big box stores the staff seems put out by questions and it's been my experience they don't have any idea what you are asking for and on the off chance the do, they don't know where it is kept. Value at Ace is service. It's my default store and I find pricing in line with the others.
