I LOVE lost Mountain Nursery! I only wish that I had discovered them years ago! Their selection is amazing and EVERYTHING I have planted from here has thrived! I purchased a really large crepe Myrtle that bloomed magnificently its first season...and we planted it at the end of June! We also planted a gorgeous Japanese maple, hydrangeas, drift Roses, and some annuals. Everything has thrived! The annuals I purchased from Home Depot barely grew (I bought before I discovered Lost Mountain Nursery), but the ones I purchased here grew quickly and bloomed profusely! This is where I will purchase all my plants from now on! The staff is also amazing...very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions!

First time customer here. You pull into Lost Mountain Nursery and you just get this feeling that you've hit jackpot. It's hard to find a local nursery that does not try to charge you an arm and a leg for a plant! I'm not much of an outdoor plant kinda gal but I can tell you their selection for annuals and perennials is large! The houseplants are located in the left tent. Lots of beautiful plants. I even found 2 Hoya Chelsea's. Score! Customer service was nice. I highly recommend to all my plant lovers!

I love their outdoor set up. They have plants that the other nurseries don't. Nice property to view the plants and trees.

I saw some complaints here about the return policy, but I've never known any small business to have return policies as liberal as big box stores.

Succulents in the Southeast!…read more Who knew I could find these beautiful plants in Atlanta?! We purchased two arrangements for us and one for her mother. At first, we were skeptical even to purchase live plants at all, for fear of killing them, like we had just about every other plant we ever bought. But the owner, Kurt, explained to us that they were super easy to care for and most needed watering only once a week. Imagine-- going on vacation and not having to worry about your plants! The arrangements we purchased were: Hypertufa (a sort of light-weight, organic cement) Dish Garden with Sempervivum (hens & chicks), Purple Ice Plant, and Spurium Tri-Color. A One-of-a-kind Container Garden with Purple Echeveria and Bright Green Angelina Hand crafted Mosaic Pot with Red-Tipped Jade, Crown of Thorns and Echeveria 'Topsy Turvy' They are all fantastic! And all have continued to grow and flourish for months now! Southeast Succulents also had something called Vertical Gardens. That's what I'll purchase next time around! I did have to be quite careful inside as the walkways between inventory were narrow for my rolling walker. Cute fun things all over the place. Some nice plants I've not seen before.
