This place has gone completely off the charts as far as being BAD. Do not eat here. I and my family certainly never will again. It used to be good. The Mac n cheese was like cheese soup. The food was cold. I was ripped off for the price. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Good food overall - the French onion soup was as good as ever and sandwiches were fresh. The bread was a little dry but tasted okay. The only other comment is the server who was very sweet and friendly forgot the cheese for the soup. Not sure if she had served it before. It was good overall.

    Veggie sourdough

I go here primarily for their veggie sandwich on sourdough. Sometimes I get the tomato basil soup. The sandwich is always flavorful, the bread perfectly chewy, it is quite good. Very refreshing summertime meal.

The brown color isn't dressing you're looking at.

This place has gone downhill ever since being under new ownership. They've messed up our take-out lunch orders on numerous occasions, including but not limited to wrong ingredients... OR they will just forget items altogether. Mind you, we have only a 45 minute lunch break and our business location is 15 minutes away so if at any point any point an order is screwed up, we simply don't have time to go back to change it out or get a refund. Today, we decided to give them another shot and what do you think happened...? Not only did they forget two of our soups, but lettuce in the $10 salad my mother ordered was brown, wilted and slimy. Just absolutely vile and it's beyond me how they even allowed it to go out the door. My sister who usually picks up lunch went back by and received a refund for both soups and salad without a single word or apology from the two staff members working in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. Careless, rude employees. Long wait times in the drive-thru. Poor quality food. If I could you guys 0 stars I would. If you really want Schlotzsky's, take the time and drive to Huntsville or Conroe because this location is horrible. I'm honestly surprised this location is even still open.

I'm sure that they probably have put it somewhere in the fine print or the terms and conditions, but wherever they put it, it was not noticeable and we didn't find out until they showed up at the door to deliver it. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately. The last 3 times I've placed an order online they had to call to tell us that they were out of something that we ordered. The first 2 times they were out of the drink we ordered which was not that big of a deal, but the last time they were completely out of brownies... I will probably be taking my business to domino's from now on, they are actually still able to give you change when you pay in cash, and they have it in a noticeable place on their website that they only carry $20 in change with them.

Unprofessional and emotionally harmful management…read more I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like people deserve to know how this place treats their workers- especially young employees just trying to do their best. I worked here for just under two weeks, and from the start, I was micromanaged and compared to others by the manager 'Jared Howard' before I even had the chance to properly learn. I asked questions, tried to improve, and kept showing up, even when I felt anxious and unsupported. The training was inconsistent, and it felt like I was being set up to fail. When I finally spoke up about how I felt to Jared, including some very personal things going on in my life--like being kicked out by my parents--my manager acknowledged it on the surface, but quickly shifted blame back onto me. He even used my personal struggles as a reason I was "maybe not fit to be here," instead of offering understanding or professional guidance. That moment broke something in me. A manager should never weaponize someone's trauma. On my last day, I was pulled aside and let go under the excuse of "not paying attention," even though I was genuinely trying to improve every day. I wasn't perfect, but no one is in their first couple weeks- especially with minimal training and emotional pressure. What hurt the most wasn't being fired- it was the way it was handled. Cold, dismissive, and lacking the kind of compassion or professionalism I expected from a place that serves the community. I hope this business reflects on how they treat people. Because employees are not disposable. We're human beings with lives, feelings, and value- even if we're not perfect from day one.
