The delivery drivers used to carry $20 in change but apparently they no longer carry any kind of change at all. , I did not see any kind of notification that I saw of the change in their policy on their website. I'm sure that they probably have put it somewhere in the fine print or the terms and conditions, but wherever they put it, it was not noticeable and we didn't find out until they showed up at the door to deliver it. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately. The last 3 times I've placed an order online they had to call to tell us that they were out of something that we ordered. The first 2 times they were out of the drink we ordered which was not that big of a deal, but the last time they were completely out of brownies... I will probably be taking my business to domino's from now on, they are actually still able to give you change when you pay in cash, and they have it in a noticeable place on their website that they only carry $20 in change with them. read more

Unprofessional and emotionally harmful management. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like people deserve to know how this place treats their workers- especially young employees just trying to do their best. I worked here for just under two weeks, and from the start, I was micromanaged and compared to others by the manager 'Jared Howard' before I even had the chance to properly learn. I asked questions, tried to improve, and kept showing up, even when I felt anxious and unsupported. The training was inconsistent, and it felt like I was being set up to fail. When I finally spoke up about how I felt to Jared, including some very personal things going on in my life--like being kicked out by my parents--my manager acknowledged it on the surface, but quickly shifted blame back onto me. He even used my personal struggles as a reason I was "maybe not fit to be here," instead of offering understanding or professional guidance. That moment broke something in me. A manager should never weaponize someone's trauma. On my last day, I was pulled aside and let go under the excuse of "not paying attention," even though I was genuinely trying to improve every day. I wasn't perfect, but no one is in their first couple weeks- especially with minimal training and emotional pressure. What hurt the most wasn't being fired- it was the way it was handled. Cold, dismissive, and lacking the kind of compassion or professionalism I expected from a place that serves the community. I hope this business reflects on how they treat people. I ordered two pizzas and paid extra for additional cheese on both, but neither one actually had extra cheese. To make matters worse, one of the pizzas had a hair on it, which was very disappointing and unsanitary. I've ordered from Papa John's before without issues, but this experience was frustrating and fell short of expectations. Food is usually cold when it gets to you but mostly, the drivers are so incredibly rude especially if you're giving a cash tip. The guy shows up and says "this is why everyone refused to deliver to you, cheap ass" while i literally was about to hand him a cash tip of $10 for two pizzas. Although this is a chain restaurant I do believe each location is different. I normally call in an order to this location about once a month and I have been incredibly pleased with my service each time! The phone call is quick and my pickup time has always been less than 20 minutes! Please note, I generally call around 6PM. ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for delivery and it showed up 40 minutes early driver beating me to the location. when i got to the pizza i see it's a cheese. the app doesn't say mine was delivered but on the way. so i called to see if there was a pizza mix up (no big deal) was told i got the wrong pizza and another would come. few minutes later i get a call saying the new manger made my pizza and would like to talk to me about it. i waited on hold for five minutes, hung up called back immediately being put on hold. hit five minute wait three times so left and drove to the store while on hold the whole time. walked in no customers, no phone calls happening i was being flat out ignored. made it known who i was and what i wanted and instead of addressing the problem at all the punk called the police and told them he was being threatened. He wont be working at this location long if the owner Naveed phone number 281-851-8156 doesn't address this properly. One of four cops that showed up was a complete asshole but her attitude didn't last long thankfully. I wasn't trespassed being 2 of the employees said i shouldn't be against the mangers wishes. Not that I would give two shits if I was. Once Naveed learns of my business and who I am and the business we would bring his location I have faith I'll be leaving a 5 star before too long. But my first personal experience here was not good in the slightest. I feel so bad for the old lady that was to work with that pos of a man. I do not usually do business with this company as I detest their politics and business practices at the corporate level - BUT - when every location in the Houston and surrounding area donates profits for the day to the family of fallen officer Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal I decided to make an exception. Online ordering was smooth and easy. Pizza was still being made when I arrived. The store was already busily putting order stickers on a huge stack of boxes and the employees seemed ready to deal with an exceptionally busy day. Pizza was hot and fresh ready for takeout. Worst pizza experience ever! I placed an order through the app and was promised a 43 minute delivery time. After an hour with no pizza I called the location and was told that they were running behind but the pizza was with the delivery driver and on its way. 30 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived. I called again and was placed in hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. Finally spoke with the manager Chris. By this time the pizza had just arrived and was barely room temperature warm. I explained to the manager about the long delivery time and all he wanted to do was plead his case about running behind and several people not showing up for work. I explained that the pizza was room temperature. I also explained that the delivery driver delivered the pizza to the wrong address and had to go back to that address to retrieve the pizza. Who goes back to an address to get a pizza and then re-delivers it? Isn't that some kind of sanitary violation? But that's what happened. I explained all this and asked for a refund. I was told no. I could not get a refund rather I would have to settle for 2 free pizzas. I asked for his boss's information and was only given his name (Dev Singh) and not his phone number. I would expect a regional manager to be approachable by customers with a service issue. After I hung up I called another Papa John's to get their opinion of the scenario and was told by their manager that they would have given a refund no problem whatsoever. That manager also said that they get quite a few complaints about the Willis, TX location about this same scenario. The manager at the Willis location gave absolutely zero concern about what had taken place. The mere fact that they went back to a wrong address to retrieve a wrongly delivered pizza so that they can re-delivers it to the right address should be grounds enough to pull their franchise. I am horribly disgusted with this location and unfortunately believe that absolutely nothing will come of this, which is sad. No other pizza place would refuse to give a refund in this situation. If you look at Google there are 2 comments about this location. One of them is mine, but the other one is also a complaint. Some one who has decision making power within the upper echelons of Papa John's should really look into the workings of this location and any other being operated by the regional manager Dev Singh. After a day of exhaustion, working hard at the job, I had one place yet to turn: The Papa. When I called the pizza father that I never had, I was greeted by a kind soft voice. It was as if I the person on the other side of that telephone knew me... like really knew my soul! "Papa John's how may I help you" might have been the words that were said, but I heard " Welcome home brothern." With lightning speed they made my order and delivered it it to my place of slumber. I was able to rest my weary bones after a long days work and have this beautiful pizza pie delivered. PAPA BLESS!!! Placed an order through the app. It showed to charge my card through my bank. But the order was not placed. I called the Willis location as it's the closest to me. The lady that answered was completely rude. She kept talking over me to the point I had to tell her to stop talking and just listen. Then when I gave her my address she proceeds to argue with me that there is a lot number. Which there is not. Again talking over me as I try to explain there isn't one she then hangs up on me. Horrible! Ordered online a large one topping for 10.99 for delivery. There was a large 3 topping for 7.99 for carry out only. When I checked out I got my email saying it will be ready for pick up. I didn't order pick up. I called the store but said circuits were down. I called customer care and they had excuse after excuse. No one would order one large one topping for 10.99 to pick up when you could order one large 3 topping for 7.99 to pick up. Customer service doesn't exist anymore I guess to make things right. Worst pizza experience ever. We ordered pizza for our son's first birthday party. It arrived super late (without notification), super cold, and the extras we wanted (extra peppers and seasoning) were thrown in a hand bag (not sanitary and ruined the seasoning packets). The delivery person was super rude. When I called to complain, they didn't care. When I filed a complaint with the corporate office and requested a refund, the store first lied and said they try to call me and left a voicemail. That never happened. When I called corporate a second time, they called the store and store didn't have someone at the store that could manage the complaint (seriously?!?!). Then the third time on the phone with corporate the store offered to remake the order rather than give a refund! Seriously!?!? They ruined my son's first birthday party. No, I don't want the order remade, I want my money back for messing up my son's party! So, I will never order Papa John's pizza again. They have forever lost my business. read more
