If I could rate this doctor a complete zero star rating I would. I had an eye problem that had…read moregotten much worse in the last few hours, so I called the service for the on-call doctor. That was Dr. Mazur. I waited over an hour for her return call after having to call the service twice because the service hadn't been able to reach her. I had taken a picture of my eye to send her to see if she could look at it to see if it was a dermatology issue or an eye doctor issue, and tell me if there was anything she thought I should do until I could see somebody in the morning. She seemed not at all interested in helping me and refused to look at the pictures I'd taken. She let me know she was in her pj's already, and she wasn't doing anything tonight about anything. She spoke in an arrogant tone, and while she told me that, yes, she was the doctor on call, she wasn't going to do anything tonight to help me. Why would a doctor take an after hours on call job, then refuse to help a patient because it's after hours? She showed no compassion or interest in helping a patient whose condition was worsening. It was a horrible experience.

He went back to have the work - THEIR work - corrected, and was charged over $200. Like taking your car to be fixed, having it fixed wrong, then being charged for the second repair. What was a lovely small business is a ruined corporate medical office - we spoke with at least 3 people who all said "nothing we can do, call corporate". AVOID this practice, no one cares.
