Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called first to see if it was okay (it was). They asked the right questions about what goes where, what gets thrown out and what gets saved. Basement was in a major (bad) state, and this was the first step in getting it cleaned out. And being an old guy, I couldn't do it myself. They did an excellent job all around. When they explained why they couldn't move out one large piece (a work bench that they said had been assembled in the basement) they offered to move it out of the way so the cleaners would be able to work efficiently. They did everything right. They did it efficiently and effectively and courteously. They were helpful, and understanding, and very very careful with the stuff I needed to save (for family/memories).
