I am very unhappy with the service I received!!! My mower finally came home…read more after 15 days and it is missing screws and nuts. They said the problem was water in the fuel line but...the reason I called them was the mower would not do anything when engaging the key nothing, now I might be an older woman but... I do KNOW that even without getting gas it would still turn over. I had just bought the mower off market place and it was almost out of gas So I took my new gas can that I use for my push mower and filled it up and it ran fine cut the entire yard then when trying to restart it would do nothing. The man that returned the mower said at one point after the mower was on the trailer to return to me that it would not start would not even turn over so he had to call the shop or someone and from there the story is very vague, not even sure he finished it I can remember he said it had plastic gas tank ..not sure what that has to do with anything. Now I have to hold back on the lever that lowers the deck to make sure starts. Geez I want all my parts returned and put back on the mower and this situation corrected. If you read the other reviews this happens often with missing screws and long return times. I am going to dispute the charge with credit card company till this is corrected. ++++++UPDATE++++++UPDATE+++++UPDATE OK I called Schmucker and they said they wanted to make things right, so they came and picked up the mower again on a Friday They returned it yesterday, Wednesday with all the screws and bolts in place and I no longer have to hold anything to get it to start Just turn the key and walah!! They made things right and I wanted to let everyone know that everyone makes mistakes but it takes a Good Person and business to accept and correct it. I would call them again if needed .
