There's gate and fence are safe. There's are amenities like a doggy fountain, benches, trash, bags. The only issue is when it has rained, the park is a mess. Water must not drain well and it becomes a swamp in the following days. I've lost a shoe in the mud before. And Winnie has lapped up muddy water puddles before. We've never had a problem with any other dogs or owners. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful and relatively new dog park that is part of Brandy Springs Community Park. The…read moredog park is conveniently located near the park's entrance off of Rt 158. Parking is nearby and far enough away from the ball fields that you never have to worry about not finding a spot. The off-leash areas are well done and well kept. Two separate areas, one for smaller and one for larger dogs, as parallel and share a common fence well. My dog enjoys this as although she is smaller she loves to play with the bigger dogs by running along the shared fence. The facilities are well marked and in good repair so there's no worry or confusion about dogs escaping. The benches, water fountains and bowls that are provided within the play area are greatly appreciated, as well as the spare doggy bags for cleanup. While the dogs are playing it's really fun to enjoy the view of the lake and surrounding woods. The trail nearby and the resident swans also make for some extra interest with the four-legged friends. Although I usually am the only one there when I visit, the few times I've encountered other visitors and dogs have been really pleasant. This park is a really great addition to a nice community park!

There are benches and picnic tables around the lake, a small dog area (no water access) and a training area with ramps and jumps. My dog becomes the happiest version of himself when he's here. Misha dog and I love coming here for its location and three other main reasons:…read more 1) It's 2 acre fenced in grassy area is perfect to explore and play with other doggy friends who might happen to be there. All dogs we have met have been nice and ready to make new friends. There is lots of room to run. :) 2) The humans are just as nice as the dogs who visit. In fact, there is a nice community of humans who visit, so most of the time the humans have a chance to socialize as well as their dog counterparts. Everyone seems to be willingly to pitch in to take care of the park as well, with some bringing water for the bowls and more baggies for cleanup. 3) It's a lot quieter than Stow's Bow Wow Beach. Not going to lie, Bow Wow Beach is our favorite playground, but in the winter it's closed and a lot of the time there's so much going on there it's a little overwhelming. Keyser is nice, I never seen more than 5 dogs there at one time. Would HIGHLY recommend to new owners trying out the off leash dog playgrounds. It's a nice baby step for both human owners and dogs. *only note: while there are no hours for the dog park there are no lights on the premise.

I was up in Meadville for the weekend and decided to bring the pups along. I kept searching for a…read moredog park and was super lucky to come across the Conneaut Lake Bark Park! This place is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention and the GPS actually took me down the street, but once I pulled in and saw what this place had to offer I was super stoked. This place has multiple different pens for dogs of all sizes, from puppy, to small, to the big guys. We let our pups loose in the big dog park and they had an absolute blast (at least I think they did, they mostly just peed, ran, and stomped around in the mud). This was my Chow Chow's first time off leash since a big surgery a few months back and this place offered plenty of space to run, toys to play with, and fence to mark his territory (which is definitely not his since we aren't even from Pennsylvania, but try telling him that). On top of having all of the above, there is a pond with a dock for dogs that love dock diving, how cool is that? I definitely recommend anyone with a pup in this area give this place a shot, you won't regret it!

Besides cabins & a dog park; the miniature golf course is now open to the public! Although it could us a little updating, its a cute place to take the kids and the prices are budget friendly. Directly next to the course is a large fenced in area for dog lovers to bring their furry friends & enjoy a day in the pool, buy them a treat or two or walk around the large campgrounds. Although I only observed the dog park section (my dogs don't like water); everyone there was having a blast! Owners got to jump off the large deck into a deep pool with their canines and enjoy the beautiful weather. The only reason why I haven't camped here is that it's so close to home it really wouldn't be a get away; but from what I did tour; the grounds are well maintained and the staff at the mini golf station were friendly.
