I'm also pretty sure that they offer sedation dentistry if you're anxiety gets the best of you. I, personally, had a wisdom tooth that had gotten to a point where it was constantly throbbing. So much so that I called and scheduled an emergency visit. Dr Wilkinson's team got me in (within 24 hours) and scheduled the extraction for shortly after that. The procedure was seamless and the pain was minimal. He has an amazing assistant named, Maria, who is a God send. She knew I was nervous and kept the small talk going until I calmed down. I was told I had a cavity and need to make an appt to get that fixed. No X-ray was taken and it was non shown to me so I said no. They never submitted my bill for the cleaning because I never got a EOB from my insurance. I called the insurance to ask. I went to the office asking why have they not submitted my bill. They said they would make sure it was done. It is Feb and still not done. I have communicated with them three times and after that I left it alone. In June 2022 I am getting a bill for 137 dollars. I have never paid for a cleaning as they are covered under my insurance. I left them another message stating you can write this off because it was your error in not billing on time. Don't ever go here for any services. I could never get a straight answer or a resolution.

Some of us fear spiders and some of us fear dentists, but since I am insane about oral care, I suck it up and go. Although both Dr. Wilsons are great, I see Dr. Bob the most. He is the NICEST dentist on the entire planet of earth. The entire practice is customer service focused from the minute you walk in the door for your appointment when you're greeted by name (they take a photo of you at your first visit). When you're called back for your appointment, you're given a pillow, offered a blanket and setup with a headset with XM radio or a movie (they have a DVD collection). They use the latest in dental technologies - high pressure power wash (I'm sure there's a real name for that), digital cameras that show your teeth in super-zoom and flouride that only sits in your mouth for what seems like a millisecond. My entire family has switched to this practice. I'm slowly coverting my friends as well. Best of all, this clinic doesn't have that distinct dental clinic smell that conjures up that fear.

Gave their accounting department my dental insurance so they could determine what was covered. After the filling was already put in they then said that my insurance didn't cover the type of filling they used. So now I have to pay even more due to them not doing their job. Issue #2. I have gone in twice to get said filling ground down due to improper fitting. Third time I went in and got the filling taken out and replaced with another one. There are several things you expect out of a dentists office: professional staff, not waiting forever to get in(or in the lobby once you are in) and get my billing right! Now, as a disclaimer, most of my visits here are routine work and check-ups BUT these guy check all of the boxes. I have literally never had a bad experience, billing issue, or a reason to look elsewhere. Another important detail is that it has the "local neighborhood dentist" feel. I dont feel like I am going to a corporate chain. There arent tons of dollars being dumped into ornate artwork and massage chairs in the lobby and robot vacuums in the operatories that all drive up the price of the work i am going in for. If you need work done, you want to be treated well, and time is important to you, go climb the spiral staircase [literally] and visit the office of Dr Knauss.
