Bring your own shopping bags too. Great store to load up on snacks, cereal, dairy, and frozen food. There is a small area of produce as well. Price is very inexpensive on everything. Great place to stock up on condiments for summer BBQ as well. The place isn't big and fancy, but when you save a lot of money, you don't care. My only wish would be for at least 1 self checkout lane, but that might be too much of a hassle for the already busy crew.

We have to drive an hour from where we live so it's disappointing when an item we want is not in stock or isn't on the shelf but it is in back but hasn't been put on the shelf yet. The biggest frustration comes at self checkout. A couple employees act like drill sergeants suspecting each shopper is going to steal something. On top of that their shopping bags are the cheapest and worst anywhere. Today before leaving self checkout the bag ripped at the bottom and my purchases fell out. The smarty pants employee suggests "you need to double bag". My thoughts were Fresh Thyme needs to buy better bags. I then told the employee that we broke a $15 bottle of wine from Fresh Thyme when their paper bag gave way in my garage. My garage smelled good but shattered glass was everywhere. The unsympathetic employee again snipped, "you need to double bag" to which I again suggested Fresh Thyme buy better bags.

I really hate to complain,, so far everything about the home service delivery of my groceries has…read morebeen great, However today i notice a very strong foul odor coming from the bag containing my frozen chicken legs(13 legs 5,17, expiration date 12/23/24}. The legs themselves seemed to be ok with the exception they were close to being completely thawedl since they seemed to smell ok I packaged them and put them in the freezer. I don't know what the problem may have been. We could smell the odor before even opening the bag and wondered how anyone else could not have noticed. perhaps they were close to something not good or the area they were in needs cleaning. It was not the pleasant experience it usually is. All else was great and of course we will continue getting our groceries this way. Just wanted you to be aware.

I get a notification my order is ready and go to my local store and I don't have an order to be found! Guess where it is! Yep!!! 250 miles away. All Walmart will do is cancel and refund my bank account in 10 days. When I ask the guy at the 800 customer service where Columbus Indiana he said....in Indiana! DUH... REALLY! He said no big deal it's still in my state what's my problem. You stupid app that can't leave my store as default. You live in Indiana just go the store in Columbus if it's not at your store and you don't want to wait on refund! I'm in Evansville and I had to google where Columbus Indiana was to discover it was 250 miles over 2 hours away. Almost to Indianapolis and I'm in Evansville. I only had a carpet cleaner machine, just the one item for over $100! They would or could not transfer my order only refund if I didn't want to go to Columbus and get it! Ummmm... Sorry but cost me as much in gas as the cost of the machine and why would I even consider doing that! Now I got to wait till the 28th of August for my refund before I go elsewhere to get one. We are not fond of Walmart, never have been! We (DO NOT) grocery shop there but only for the price on home needs is better. I will pay more dollars and get what I and need elsewhere. We are done with you Walmart, if you can't accept my default store 3 miles from me and think I can or should drive 250 miles like it's no big deal one way to get there then SCREW YOU.
