He doesn't prey on your emotions or attempt to manipulate you into expensive procedures that I opted for anyway at times. I love that there is a live person who answers the phone instead of some AI or automated garbage, and if they're unable to answer and you leave a message they WILL call you back, in fact they're persistent and will try again the next day and the day after that if they have to. Everyone who works in the clinic is professional and pleasant, I was never once made to feel like a burden or that I was annoying anyone by virtue of them having to do their job because of me being there. There was quite a few times we asked for testing and Dr Jordan called to discuss the results, I cannot emphasis enough how thorough this man is, he's realistic without being callous, and rushes nothing, I wish there were more doctors like him not only for pets but humans, too. When my cat unfortunately passed away, we didn't have to scramble to figure out cremation plans while devastated, they took care of that for us. Beyond nail care, we've visited Hale Ola Pet Hospital for a teeth cleaning estimate, veterinary care when my dog had a large bump on her neck, and a microchip procedure. One difference from our previous vet is that they take the dogs to the back area to administer shots. Our last vet did everything in front of us, so that was something new for us.
