Everyone was friendly and easygoing, there was no pressure. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new ride. However I was / am frustrated with some of the after sale care, I was told at sale that paperwork would take a week and a half, we put my tax title and license on the loan.... they didn't send that to me until the 30 days was almost up, then it went to the court house instead of to me, leaving me really frustrated on the backside, but I would deal with Christian again! Just be prepared for slow movement on things after the sale!

He chastised me for not calling him on his cell phone and told me that I was lucky that he was answering, the number that I called was the one on the google profile of his business. We first called four days in advance to make sure the museum would be open and we told the gentleman of our plans to pass through. We were told to call again on the Saturday that we planned to visit to make sure he would be available for a tour as he was going out of town for a couple days. I called on the day that we were planning to visit, as he asked us to, and an hour before we planned to arrive. The gentleman on the phone said that he was currently giving a tour and that the next tour he would be able to do was 2.5 hours later. I told him that I would speak with my wife and when I called him back to say we would take the time he gave this gentleman was very upset that I was not calling his cell phone which I do not and have not ever been given that number. Oh well, Ellington's in Minneapolis and Pioneer Auto Show in Mirro, SD are both great museums with great experiences.

We went to "some other place" first and they basically kicked us out and said "we can't help you" because it was 5 minutes to close. But we stopped at Connell, the man working (owner?) was very nice, looked at the problem, and brought it into the garage even though the mechanics had all left for the day. He did the best he could with securing the pipe and then didn't even charge us! For closing time on a Friday afternoon, that was exceptional service. Thanks!
