Everything was excellent. You can tell the items are cooked with a lot of love. I love that Terri successfully manages to post her daily menu and any updates on her Facebook page. Her service is very caring and attentive. Definitely stop in and eat or pick something up to go! She usually sells out!

Both were delicious! The women at the counter provided excellent service and was very friendly. Another plus was the building was air conditioned and had seating for you to enjoy your food and treats. It was a hot one out today, I wish I had known about Terri's earlier because we would have gotten lunch there too instead of eating festival food in the scorching sun. This is somewhere I'd definitely stop again!

The shelves are stocked (but not overcrowded) with this like, jellies, dried fruit, spices and seasoning mixes. Many of the items are bulk broken down into smaller packages, so not everything has all nutritional information. If you're counting calories, carbs, vitamins, etc. this might not be a good store for you. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my visit here a lot and found a couple of items I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I plan to return

Every time I am back home in Latrobe, I make sure to stop at Lapps Market at least once…read more Being owned and operated by a Mennonite family (originally from Lancaster, PA), they stock a lot of products that you would normally have to visit Lancaster to purchase. Bulk items, baking/cooking ingredients, pop, Lancaster chicken pies, ham loafs whoopie pies and more are available and always in stock. They also carry (one of my favorite things) Raw Milk! In addition to groceries, they sell decorative plants as well as garden plants along with outdoor furniture! And, as always, they provide fantastic customer service. The next time you're in Latrobe, do yourself a favor and definitely stop by Lapps Market!

Every…read moreweekend we try to visit a new coffee shop, and on this day we were headed to Idlewild, so we made a detour to The Coffee Bean Cafe. This coffee shop is located right on Route 30 and is rather large inside. They have their coffee roaster on display, as well as a small area near the cash register with items for sale and a display case. They also have plenty of seating and the inside has a warm feel with high ceilings, colorful walls, and natural light coming in through the big front windows. One wall features coffee themed artwork, and another area has stacks of burlap coffee bean sacks labeled by origin, which gives the shop a cozy roastery atmosphere. For my coffee on this morning I ordered a large oatmeal cookie latte. My drink ended up being pretty good because the coffee flavor was present and it really did taste like an oatmeal cookie. There was plenty of oatmeal flavor combined with a lot of sweetness. My wife also enjoyed her iced coffee and liked the rich flavor. The bottom line for me is that I would come back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our coffees, and the shop itself was a nice place to stop.

They have a selection of breakfast / lunch items as well as a pastry case. The service is good - generally it seems like they have college students working and they know their coffee! Everyone has always been friendly. My favorite drink is the "mocha Bianca". They also have a seasonal beverage selection as well.
