Yes, we might've been very dressed down and not put together but we were going to drive 5 hours back home so that wasn't a priority for us. The lady trailed behind us as if she was anticipating us to steal or mess things up or something. Whenever we left a spot/rack, she'd go right to that area and start fixing items there. When I whispered to my partner what I was thinking, he said he thought he was the only one feeling like she did not want us in there. Never had I ever felt like that before in a business and to be followed in that manner was something I never thought would happen to me or my little family. Even if I had wanted to actually purchase something this day, I probably wouldn't have because of this. I hope this is not something that regularly happens.

I was not threatening or trying to cause a scene -- I was simply trying to complete a return and understand why it was being denied. What was most frustrating is that I went back to the Glendale Sunglass Hut, where I originally purchased them, and they accepted the return without any issues. Since both locations are Sunglass Hut, I am disappointed that the experience and handling of the situation were so different. Instead of letting me take home that one, they told me they'd have to "talk to their manager," and they would deliver it to my house because I needed 2, and it would be delivered to my house that day, they were going to "call me back" to confirm the time. 45 days later- I finally got them, but I had to pick them up myself. Every time I called, they said, "Let me talk to my manager, and I'll call you back". I never got a call back. But they were happy to receive the money from my insurance, without giving me the product.
