Worst pharmacy in the area! Every time we have to call prior going there to give them a heads up and even with that we always end up waiting 30 minutes or so to get the medicines, and you will be even lucky if you receive all your medications! They always nag that the doctor doesnt respond to the fax.. Techs are rude with nasty attitudes like they're doing you favor! Switched to Toluca Pharmacy, they're way better and professional than these people and they even do free ON TIME deliveries every month with no issues! read more

Before my family and I found out about this place we used to always go to CVS. We would wait for hours and hours and the medication wouldn't be ready, and when it was we would always be charged a lot for it even though we had insurance.. We figured it wouldn't hurt to try this place out... The people working are friendly, knowledgeable, have fantastic customer service, they are fast and don't over charge. Im so disappointed from the customer service in this pharmacy. Technicians are so rude and dont want to do their job. They show attitude to the customer thinking they are someone better. My mom went there to get the cream for my grandma and they said they dont have it or cant order it at all and stuff like that but after a day they just brought it to our house. This is not what patient want to see or hear from the company . If you cant be nice and show some respect to the patient, better not to work in retail at all. Lousy place, the old man who owns the place is a real jerk, he thinks he knows better than your Dr. His kids are cool but what a hassle to park, always out of the meds you need.
