My son and I built a very detailed model train layout as a father and son project. I have past…read moreexperiences building dioramas and I passed these techniques on to him during the project. I had won many model train auctions with CabinFever and Weiss and the locomotives were all Diesel and he wanted some steam engines. So, his birthday was coming up and I gave him a budget and thought to try Stout Auctions for the first time. He picked out two steam engines as his birthday gift on Aug 8 and I paid same day. The resulting chaos that ensued with delayed shipping prompted me to never return. Stout's website says allow us up to 10 days to ship we have thousands of items. His birthday was coming up. I won the Auction August 8, 2024, received my invoice same day and paid same day. Now, it's Aug 13th his birthday only days away, I had not received any shipping notifications. My experience with Cabinfever and Weiss was a week or less I had the items delivered. So, I emailed , " where are my items?" The reply was " we just got your payment". Excuse me, fake news, I paid you days ago. The response destroyed my trust with Stout being honest and disappointed him in his birthday. So, we went back to Cabinfever auctions and found 2 steam engines and these arrived only a couple days after I won. I then attempted to cancel the original order and received in return the policy on chargebacks and cancels so I was at the point of calling credit card company and getting a chargeback nothing definitive my order was going to be canceled, just left wondering what is going on. Well I get a notice my order is now ready to ship on Aug 22. I thought I canceled this? I emailed asked to speak to someone. I also called and ask to speak to CEO and what was his phone number and email address, never heard back on that one. I was called back by the Ops Manager and I affirmed my past decision to CANCEL MY ORDER, I am going to issue a charge back. I left the conversation thinking ok everything is resolved, my son has his new locomotives, albeit late for his birthday and my order is canceled. Ugh, not the case as today, Aug 26, I am NOW, days later still getting emails and text messages telling me my order is now ready to ship and asking me to pay for shipping and packing. What is going on at this company? I try to work with companies, I email, I call and if I feel I am not getting heard (today's texts and emails telling me my order is ready to ship and I need to pay for packing and shipping" , well I feel now I need to Yelp about this process. Avoid this place, the wheels are off.

Sincerely Yours Estate & Tag Sales

We hired Sincerely Yours Estate & Tag Sales to conduct an estate sale at our parents' home…read more Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was represented and what a reasonable client should expect. After the sale concluded, the home was left in unacceptable condition, including visible damage and extensive disorder that required significant cleanup before the property could be prepared for sale. Issues included scraped tile flooring, stained carpet from foot traffic throughout the home, a bent light fixture, trash and items left in bathrooms and kitchen areas and sinks, plastic runners left adhered to carpet (but not used in high traffic areas), painter's tape left on fixtures, and general disarray throughout the home. Sample videos and images are attached. The post-sale condition was documented immediately using time-stamped video walkthroughs and photographs, which were shared with the company via public links. We raised these concerns promptly and made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter, including written communication, sharing documentation, offering settlement discussions, and even suggesting submission to their liability insurance. Despite these efforts, the company declined to offer remediation or any settlement, failed to provide insurance information when requested, and ultimately declared the matter "closed" without any agreement or signed release. A small check was sent related only to a separate accounting error involving items not sold and did not address the condition issues or resulting impact. What is most concerning is that, after reading other reviews, it appears our experience is not isolated. Many reviewers report similar issues involving professionalism, preparation, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, we did not research reviews beforehand, as this company was directly referred by a realtor we were considering using to sell our parents' home (and will not now). Had we reviewed prior feedback, we would not have hired this company. We hope this review helps others make a more informed decision and avoid a similar experience.

Today was less than ideal experience with this estate sale company. One of the ladies who was…read morerunning the sale was loudly talking badly about the items in the house. Saying "all this stuff is crap" and things to that nature. They also were pretty unfriendly and taking on FaceTime while I was in there. I love estate sales but felt very awkward from the awkward energy they were giving. I get it's the end of the day but be a little professional.
