Food comes out quick and they will bring it to your table if you choose table service. The bathrooms are pretty clean and they have people walking around cleaning in between customers.

Machete was such a great surprise in Innsbruck. We had no intention of searching out Mexican food…read morebut we waited too long and a lot of restaurants were closed. We found this and thought "why not, it has good reviews." The food stood up to all the positive reviews, we both had the burrito bowls, design it yourself. Delicious! We planned our return trip from Italy to stop back in Innsbruck at exactly the time the restaurant would open for lunch. I would add that we preferred the beef to the pork for the burrito bowls, the pork was sweeter.

I was told my McFirst menu would be brought to my table but after waiting for 10 minutes and seeing…read morethem doing a lot of other orders I decided to ask them because they seemed to have forgot all about it. More like McLast than McFirst. Also they forgot to give my friend a dressing and a fork to his salad.
