They got all the paint cans and carried them back to mix and loaded them in my car without me having to lift a finger. They worked with me and the coupons I had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible which was a relief not to have to haggle with them to use my coupons. While we were not able to find those, sadly, the owner (I think) and his employee went out of their way to see how they could help me. Then, a few days later, I find myself on a mission to find a certain kind of plant food. I had already checked at Home Depot while buying bird seed, but they had not had it come in for over a year and were not sure when it was coming in. I called Walmart, Loews, and two garden stores in the area too. They did not have any in stock either. On a whim I stopped in here again, asked the employee if they had it, he took me to the aisle and there it was!! I scooped up the two boxes they had. This store looks small from the outside, but it is quite large once inside. It is next to and connected to the Schuele Paint Store, more or else on the corner of Summer and Main. Rather than travel to the suburbs, I will go here first now, they are helpful, pleasant, local and easy to get to.

She gave one pillow to my dad and the other to me as Christmas gifts. Shortly thereafter, we discovered that the paint used to stencil the letters and numbers on the pillow was water soluble and wiped off with a damp paper towel. It would have been impossible to wash or even spot clean the front of the pillow case without also removing the stenciling. Today, well beyond the 14-day return policy stated on the receipt, my mom and I brought the pillows back to the store to see if there was anything we could do to protect the paint on the front of the pillow case (Scotchgard wasn't going to cut it). As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by an associate. We briefly explained our concern to the associate, and then without even batting an eye or even checking our receipt he apologized, stated that he was unaware of this issue, and immediately offered to exchange the pillows for other merchandise. We ended up selecting different Buffalo-themed pillows. Room offers beautiful contemporary furniture and home decor, and after spending time looking around the store and observing the quality of their merchandise, it's obvious that the faulty pillows were an anomaly and in no way typical of the products sold by Room. My mom and I were both impressed with this customer service experience and appreciate the attention we received.

They have a large selection of ceramic tiles, flooring, a few fireplace backing slate options and a variety of backsplashes. The lower cost items didn't seem to be lower quality and I think they may just have older inventory, but still a lot of great and modern stuff. If you're in the midst of a remodel or renovation, don't pass by the Bargain Outlet!
