They were very quick and replaced our glass in a very timely manner. Niki was very informative on keeping us updated as to the status of our replacement windows. Casey the owner accompanied his installers and helped install our windows. Tech told us that we'd have a quote same day (Thur) or next day (Fri) and that they'd be out the following Monday. We got the quote 4 days later only after we called yet again because their tech said we should have had it before then and that they should have already been out to install the new one by then... Because we're already a month out from our window breaking, we asked if there was any way they could have it expedited and potentially done by Saturday (4 days away, but we were just going by how quick the tech told us they'd be) but apparently she didn't like that and basically told us to go find someone else & good luck with that because no one else will do it and they're actually doing us a favor. It's a broken window...? We called another local glass place, they do it and were confused why anyone would say that, and are coming out tomorrow. We didn't even mention any names but the other company themselves mentioned Nikki and how often they get clients after trying to use LaGrange Glass... seems we're not the only one with issues. The technician, and I'm sure others there, were/are nice but it's a shame Nikki is who is on the frontline of their business and pushing customers away. Another thing to note, she also said via text that she is going to leave a retaliatory false review on my husband's place of business because he left an honest one of our experience.
