He called us to discuss our experience and took the time to listen to our concerns. He was kind and understanding and provided the level of service and support we had been hoping for from the beginning. His professionalism and genuine care completely turned our experience around. How a company handles these situations says everything. We truly appreciated him reaching out to us, and in this case Keith truly made things right. We are looking to buy an investment property, and before we made the offer, we wanted to obtain a pre-qualification letter to provide the seller's realtor. Having been matched with Stephen Gray, we started the process on Monday. I would like to point out that our credit is exceptional, we have great jobs and assets. I would also like to note that our credit report wasn't supposed to be pulled at that moment, and yet... it was. Thanks for the hit - I have carefully curated my credit over the years and don't appreciate that. When my husband called on Tuesday to ask for the letter, understanding that this is *not* a pre-approval, just a pre-qual, he was met with an aggressive tone, raised voice, and scolding because I hadn't unfrozen one of the reports, and accusatory statements that we weren't giving them the information quickly enough. Our interaction was not a good one. I have a very demanding job and an invalid family member, so it was going to take me a little bit to get the information. Note, we are talking less than 48 hours. The same day, we got the pre-qual letter from another Mortgage Broker with the same information we had provided Statewide. We are puzzled at the treatment we received from Stephen, considering that we are ideal clients, have great income, and exceptional (near-perfect) credit.

I still cannot believe that our house sold in 4 days. Unheard of, but with the marketing that the Sokoler team uses, I figure that's the norm. Switching gears to our house hunting process, we were blessed to have Bob's daughter-in-law Casey be our realtor. Throughout our house hunting process, Casey was patient, understood what we wanted and showed us houses that fit what we were looking for. She answered every single question that my wife and I had. There were times when Casey would respond to emails or texts at 3 AM in the morning. Talk about dedication! Furthermore, she was available to meet with us whenever we had questions or had questions about house hunting. Furthermore, our 3 year old daughter enjoyed hanging out with Ms. Casey. Casey knows the Louisville market quite well and was able to show the best homes in the Oldham county area and we were able to find the house of our dreams. This place is terrible. Poor business practices and unprofessional. The tracked down an old work number and have called over 100 times in a matter of a few days. Despite being told that this person no longer works here and that it is a business line and their constant (over 45 calls in an 8 hour period) calls are disruptive, they still keep calling. They have been told to remove the number multiple times and yet the calls continue. My next review will be sent to the BBB.

When I went to buy my 1st house, I went thru 3 different lenders that I decided not to use because I couldn't understand what they was telling me about the loans. (in my past experience, its been like pulling teeth to get other agents to do this.) Joe made it a point to get to know us from the very beginning and what we were looking for. He takes initiative and would email me other home listings that matched our criteria and has been there every step of the way through the process with us. Doing anything in the real estate market is always intimidating no matter how many times you have bought a home, and finding an agent you can trust to truly help YOU and not act out of their own interest is even harder to find. Joe is one of those very rare individuals that you know you can trust and will always be looking out for you. I was sitting outside the back patio door, which they were well aware. The door was open so they could easily see out there (screen pulled). All my house windows were open because it was a beautiful Spring day. I could hear all of this throughout my house with my own ears - the agent was quite loud and boastful. She proceeded to spend the entire time finding fault with MY things, things that would not even stay in the house, then criticizing the fact I have pets, opening pantries and closets and talking about how unorganized this or that was. She then started to compare my house to every 'bad house' she ever saw, regaling the client with stories of chickens attacking her and her client in backyards and more. She even went as far at the end to call me cuckoo - her exact word. It was the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing I have ever witnessed. THEN she asked the client what she thought of the house. Are you serious? You just put it down at every corner, you did nothing to make the client see HERSELF in this house, you set up indelible imagery that any new owner would remember FOREVER and you badmouthed the owner relentlessly. Really? What the heck do you think the client is going to say? She can't make an informed decision because she wasn't even allowed for a moment to put herself in the house. I would AVOID this realty office at all costs and if a viewing is scheduled for your home with these agents, I'd refuse them access. It's a total waste of time.

No email, no notice, no call - you just suddenly see a ding on your credit report. Beware of this company. They are either super sloppy with their practices or worse.
