Such a cute stop somewhat close from the freeway with a beautiful view from their parking lot. We've been on a blueberry kick so we had to pick up their 5# offer for $15.75. It's a great deal compared to what we pay at our farmers market and I found their batch to be more thoughtful- no green ones, minimal leaves, and not many I had to toss. That's a win in my book. Their blueberries were also juicy, firm, and tart. The best we've had and I believe was their Elliott variety. We also purchased their blackberries, the best purple plums we've ever had, some small yellow plums, and two jars of Queens jam for gifting (which we were told is loved by them!). Back to those plums though...do not skip! All in all the price was fair and wound up to about $31. We would definitely stop again on the way up from Chicago if we're early enough but definitely on the way back from metro Detroit. The staff was also helpful in choosing the best fruits. I learned about this farm last spring, and I am so glad I did! They have a great selection of farm-fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as local products such as pies, meats, and jams. The best part is that they have a great website where you can place online orders for pickup, which is very convenient for me since it is located between my home and work. The donut truck in the fall is amazing. The donuts are fresh, hot, and delicious. We also went apple picking there and found a nice selection of apples. I was on a road trip to Kalamazoo and made a stop at Schultz Farms. The farm is beautiful! Once parked, you can see their corn field and apple trees. I thought it was adorable that they had wagons instead of shopping carts! Inside the store, they have a variety of farm fresh foods from jams to freshly picked corn and peaches! I bought 6 ears of corn for $4. The line for checkout moved very fast. Note: They also have a restroom in the back! Great stop for roadtrips! read more

This place was really nice. My boyfriend and I are in town visiting friends and we stopped by for some cider and donuts. They have an open-air building where you can buy apples, jams, other jarred things. They have a TON of apple varieties - we bought the evercrisp to try. We also bought some hard cider, bread & butter pickles, and a peach pie; they had apple, strawberry rhubarb, peach, and I think cherry pie. The pies were $11.50-12.50 which is reasonable. They have a small little place to get donuts and cider. The donuts were REALLY good - they were both soft and crispy. The cider was very sweet but also good. They have picnic tables outside and even a cute, tiny table for kids. Overall this was a cute place, they do offer U-pick apples too but not at the end of October, when we visited. read more

Fresh picked fruits and vegetables. Loved the peaches this year! Employees were helpful in picking out the best fruit.

We had a great time picking cherries and blueberries on the farm! You have to get 5lbs of each at minimum. Only thing that would've made this experience better is if there was a tractor or shuttle to get to the orchard area. We had to pay at the farm, get buckets, and then drive over on our own. read more

On a road trip from Illinois, I wanted to bring back 10 pounds of blueberries and some cherries for friends and family. There were no samples and I got seriously shouted at for trying a cherry. Who wants to buy that much fruit without tasting it, and why be so rude to customers? We left and went elsewhere that had samples and nice people and bought way more than we planned. read more

My family went blueberry picking yesterday. Blueberries are $1.50 / lb. We got about 17 lbs in just under an hour! And we had two adults and two toddlers picking. They were so ripe and ready to pick! Just made jam today and hoping to go back again soon for some more. Also picked up a quart of home grown peaches which were delicious! read more

We picked two different types of blueberries here and they were plump and sweet. They also have u pick peaches too. The store carries a nice selection of cider and ice cream. They have a good selection of vegetables and fruits. read more

The apple picking was easy and while at this time they had a limited selection with got all we wanted of honey crisp and Jonagold. The price on the pumpkins were a little high so we just stuck with the apples. I was disappointed with the long wait on the apple cider donuts. read more

I was there on the last day they were open. This was the second time all season. First of all, the lower rating is because the prices are really high when comparing with local vendors of a similar nature. Secondly, I felt the lady who waited on me the last day was kind of rude. I've always felt like Schultzs had kind of a family run, small town feel. Not anymore. It feels like big business and staff is no exception. I am a senior and merely asked for a discount on a small pumpkin. She mumbled something I didn't hear but I thought I heard her say yes, a little one, or something. When it rang up at full price I asked and she said there was no discount. So I said, 'I'm sorry, , I misheard you.' She was this short, round lady with curly reddish hair. She responded, ' That's because you heard what you wanted to hear.' Which made me feel badly because my hearing is lacking. And I did apologize for mishearing. I thought that was rather salty and didn't appreciate her remark. Probably won't ever go back. There's other fruit farms. read more

Great local place for Apple picking and cider and donuts! They make them fresh to order usually still served warm! We love this place cause it's a nice orchard with out all the commercial things of other places. My kids enjoy playing in the natural rock garden. It's $7 for a gallon of cider which I feel is about average. read more

Really reasonably priced. Everyone is super friendly. I love that they have all of the rows of trees named so we know what we're picking. The donuts are tasty! No options on the kind, all cinnamon sugar, but they are really good, with a little crisp crunch! read more
