I paid something like $350 at the time of the visit and it was my understanding that would cover the procedure with my insurance picking up the rest. It wound up being close to a $1,000 bill altogether. That's a surprise 200% increase. Despite having given her my health AND dental insurance information and her insistence that she sent both to the lab billing, they only received the health insurance. Once I gave them the dental insurance, it covered most of the lab bill. So I'm basically doing Dee's job for her. And her only reply to the increase of the doctor's visit cost was "oh, it looks like they're saying you're out-of-network." Isn't that something you check when you first look at billing?! This level of incompetence in medical billing... Or does she do it intentionally? But the end of the road for me was when she yelled at me on the phone. I have no tolerance for that. I'll never go back. And I've recommended to my dentist that they do not send patients to this office.

They have been desperate to get Sharon her dentures. All Mr. Tad Burzynski did was take lower impressions. He was going to charge their card the full $4,500 for dentures in advance. When I confronted his behavior he called me a "sour pus" and hung up on me. As a social worker in this town, whose entire life has been dedicated to helping others, I was first appalled by him taking $1,000, then attempting to run their card for the full $4,500, and lastly for his absolute lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism. He raised his voice and spoke over me the entire conversation. He called me names, and he hung up on me. Mr. Tad Burzynski has some very serious character flaws. I advise that you read all of his reviews. He has a two star rating for a reason. Now I know why. Very sad. Mr. Tad, you do lack character, professionalism, and integrity. I will never refer anyone to you, and I will make sure to share my experience with anyone in our area who asks about dental or denture work. PLEASE stay in Bend.
