I thought it meant they'd treat me fully before moving to discounted touch-ups. Instead, they told me I'd have to pay more even though my original results weren't complete. And now their touch-up prices have increased significantly, making it impractical. This review is not a reflection on the technicians - they were kind, professional, & clearly just doing their jobs. I thought that was suspicious and purchased the getoupon anyways. We set up my appointment today at 1:30pm EST and when I arrived the lady at the front desk with smokers voice smirked at the Groupon. She treated me very rudely. And it was embarrassing. I told her I had spoken on the phone and also via texts with Rick. And she said "no" you MUST upgrade to a large pay the difference. I felt super uncomfortable because it's a laser treatment, and from her tone I feel as though I would get burned in the process because it was very threatening and cold. However for the benefit of the doubt, I asked her to get Rick and she went in the other office where he was and loudly proceeded to state "and she wants to speak with you, I don't know why" he then came out and I explained to him that he and I texted and he specifically told me it's a MEDIUM on Groupon. Which I have proof of in writing. And he said that it's a Medium in the office once he saw me but considered a LARGE on Groupon. Which does not make sense because the texts state clearly ITS A MEDIUM on Groupon but buy it in the office with us. Don't buy it there... He then proceeded to upswell me and tell me I need to pay the difference or use it as credit for another service. By that time it was too late for me to even want to consider them any longer. I no longer felt safe. I am now going to report this to BBB and Yelp. And would like full refund and help from Groupon. This business should not be advertised in your services especially since they do not honor the purchase and change their minds at the office.
