She's a true expert with a heap of kindness and compassion. The staff and nurses have been very attentive and are always available to answer any follow up questions. My son saw Dr. Burgos and she is absolutely amazing! He is 18 months and gets very nervous around Drs because of previous laser procedures but she was great with him and he seemed very relaxed around her. I was shocked because he freaks out at any sight of a Dr. She is very communicative with the treatment plan and such a positive person. She also recommended a numbing cream for future laser appointments that his previous dermatologist never mentioned. I'm very grateful for that. Overall, I'm very excited to have my son in her care. This is my second time coming to see Dr. Burgos (who is amazing) and is helping lots with treatment. However the office customer service seems to lack positive support. Receptionist gets very annoyed and sassy when it comes to questions from patients as I observed and with me. All and all I will return because in room service and treatment was excellent. read more

Ive been a client of Clearly Dermatology for several years and visited all 3 locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. I've always received prompt and friendly service from the front desk staff and nurses. The staff always takes their time and delivers great customer service. You can always get someone on the phone when calling in. The doctors are very professional and compassionate. They make me feel comfortable. My teenage son is also a client going through accutane treatments with Dr. Burgos. I highly recommend her but all the doctors have been great. read more

Company and West Boca office is terrible. First...on 2 separate occasions I made appointments over the phone with their office, arrived for the appointment time only to be told I was NOT in their system and I had to reschedule and that it was my fault I didn't recognize that I didn't receive a confirmation text from them following our call. Then I arrived to my new appointment to have a spot checked on the back of my neck. After pointing out the spot to both the nurse and Dr. Hancock, the WRONG spot was evaluated. I was told there was no issue with it but that she wanted to freeze off what was there anyways. I proceeded to allow her to do so, assuming it was the spot I said was the issue. Once home, since a mirror was needed to check the back of my neck, I noticed they didnt treat the actual area I had specified was the issue and instead burned off something different on my body. The appointment cost me a $45 copay and $90 for the freezing treatment. I left a message the next morning and didn't hear back. Called and spoke to the front desk and finance rep. Even after they spoke with the doctor they would not admit that the doctor made a mistake or accept accountability for treating the wrong area. They said I must have made the mistake when pointing out the problem area and let the doctor treat that area. They refused to refund me the money paid for a visit where they mistreated and burned off something on my body that didn't need treatment. They then tried to schedule a new appointment which I would have had to pay again. Will never go back to this West Boca office or any other Clearlyderm. My recommendation, find a dermatologist that can focus on their patients and not breeze through them making mistakes and not accepting accountability when mistakes are made. read more

Dr. Hancock and her assistants were amazing!! Did whole body check for hubby & I. Her attention to detail w her exam and explanations was impressive. She made sure hubby was not in any pain w procedure. She also provided advice for promoting healing!! We have treated at Ft. lauderdale office and they are also fabulous but Dr.Hancock & her staff are our new favorites. read more

This is the worst place ever. Their scheduling system is completely screwed up. They did not return an urgent message left on the medical assistant line for over a week. I had to call them back. They made an appointment with the nurse practitioner for me and then cancelled it. Do not use this place. They seem to know nothing about patient care. read more

My 16 year old son sees Dr Burgos and she's very warm and friendly towards her patients. She answers all my and my sons questions regarding his case. My son is very comfortable with the doctor and her nurses. Coming in as a new pt I called to advise office I was running late they have and was told they have 10 minute grace period upon sitting down and filling out pt paperwork the front desk loudly and rudely stands and points discussing I was late and didn't have the proper insurance information when I had scheduled via phone they were able to pull up my sons information which made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I got back up to return the clip board and proceeded to leave while . It was just rude they could have told me while I was standing at the check in that i needed to reschedule read more

This practice is the best. We see dr. Hancock and she always takes her time with my son. The entire office staff is knowledgeable and and patient and knows the ins and outs of the insurance. When my insurance didn't cover one medication, it was easy to reach them to call in an alternative. Love this practice and will recommend to everyone!! read more

I was a new patient last month and filled out initial paperwork. Apparently I missed completing some sections and the receptionist proceeds to yell out from behind her desk to me in the waiting room full of patients if I was on medication or had any previous surgeries as part of my medical history...isn't this a privacy violation...??? Dr Burgos is extremely nice, however the policies of the practice are very poor. On the day of my son's follow-up appointment, we were late. I called the office to explain I couldn't make it on time and they informed me they would have to make my appointment a "no show". Which means if I want to reschedule, I will have to have a credit card on file in case I don't show up so they can charge me. I guess nobody is allowed to have any type of conflict come up, and you are still considered a no show even if you took the time to call and explain you couldn't make it. It was extremely disappointing as this would have been my second visit and dr Burgos was very nice. Looking for another pediatric dermatologist for my son. read more

What a waste of time! Our appointment was 30 minutes past our scheduled time.Doctors get behind schedule but the delay was ignored by them. My college aged daughter went in and saw Dr Burgos and was done in 2 minutes! There was no questions or communication and anything the doctor said was very difficult to understand because of her accent..She came out with a "plan" written by the nurse or med assistant with several things scratched off. The "plan was to keep doing what she is already doing and then prescribing 2 medications that are not covered by insurance and cost $700! But they were aware of that already! When I asked to speak to the Dr Burgos with my daughter,since she was visibly upset, Dr Burgos came in and my daughter explained how she looked at the area and said this is what it is and try this. She said there were no answering of questions or prevention methods discussed or talk of what she couldn't take.. Dr Burgos stood with her arms crossed and claimed to have told her all these things but she did not. Dr Burgos also said she gets her info from the medical history so she doesn't need to ask the questions! Then why was her "plan of care" scratched out twice after my daughter had to tell the assistant she couldn't use them or tried them already!? People are all different, questions need to be asked! Doctors need to get to know whats going on FROM the patient What a cold, non caring place. Very disappointed and let down. BTW they ask you to leave a positive YELP review and give you a goodie bag at the office. Needless to say, we did not receive one. read more
