embrace the suck. the manager at desk with the beard is very nasty. I stopped going bc of him and…read morethey can balance tires. they lie to you try to upsell you things you do not need and on top of it cant balance a tire for shit. i. these chain tire shops hire mostly teens with not experience and dont train them properly. third time was a charm i went to kantners tire in shoemakersville 1 tire was so bad car wobbled. other 3 were bad also. and on top of that steep prices 4 hour wait to get 4 tires balanced even though i was there when they opened. trust me to there(kantner) you will be glad. better prices, very friendly service ,no upsell and if you are a women they wont tell you that you need things you dont. also they only do tires. they are experts in that.

Wasn't too happy. Went in for an estimate for a few parts. Came out as under 1900 in the end. Customer service isn't thrilling either. Some staff there are amazing and some are just outright horrible and don't care. Had my vehicle in a couple months ago for an oil leak due to a damaged housing and they ended up telling me the transmission was leaking fluid... when it was something to do with the engine... wasn't thrilled then wasn't thrilled recently. Seems to be extremely overpriced. I get it some make profit not loss but still. 1800 and change for 400$ in parts and a quarter days work? Cmon now... be real.

My less than two month old contract (02/02/2023) was cancelled because . . .? I live in rural New…read moreEngland. I went to one of PWI'S "preferred" providers; my oil pan was replaced as per the diagnosis. Their paperwork clearly states that the oil pan is covered under the "Plus" plan. They denied coverage, then cancelled my warranty - and did not notify of the cancellation. I imagine they are a great company if one makes no claims, drives a vehicle to an appointment then back home - all on blacktop, and parks in a garage. Save your money and put it in escrow for future repairs; run, don't walk from this company.

Beware of Preferred Warranties Inc…read more I purchased a 2006 SUV from Ducky Cars "As Is". Before purchase I was given an opportunity to test drive it and could have taken it to a mechanic but since it came with a number of warranties that were available for the vehicle from Preferred Warranties LLC (PWI), I chose to purchase it without having a mechanic check it out. I purchased the SUV along with a one year full warranty with unlimited mileage. On the drive home I noticed the vehicle was swaying once I got on the highway. The next day I started to see stains on my driveway. I took the vehicle to a mechanic to have it looked at and there were some minor and major issues. I won't list the issues but the work to be done was extensive. Contacted PWI to have them pay for the repairs. PWI said that they will only pay up to $90 per hour for labor. Anything over will be on me. Wish I knew that going into it but I agreed to it. PWI said I will have to pay all taxes and my deductible. I agreed to it. PWI then sent an inspector to the mechanic to verify that the vehicle did need those repairs. PWI then said that they were voiding my warranty because the repairs should have been done prior to the vehicle being sold. That was an agreement they had with the dealership. PWI said they would honor my warranty if the dealership fixed the vehicle. The dealership said the car was sold as is and they will not touch it ever again. It was up to the warranty company to fix it. That was the point of the warranty. After many phone calls and emails I asked the dealership and the warranty company to provide this information in writing so I can take it to the other company and both refused to put anything in writing. After some back and forth on this the dealership said to get my money back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they said to get my money back from the dealership. Long story short: I have a vehicle that is dangerous to be driving on the road. I have no warranty for said vehicle. I have not received my money back for the warranty. Of course the vehicle cannot be returned because it was purchased as is. If this is not a scam then I do not know what is. A dealership sells a used vehicle that should not be on the road with a warranty that is void because the vehicle should not be on the road. As of this review I still do not have my money and neither company is giving it to me. I will be pursuing legal action. review...
