I immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day after having a conversation with Heather. I made arrangements for a 4pm pickup because they looked very busy and I just knew it would be awhile. When Heather called me to advise me my vehicle was ready at 1:30pm, I was surprisingly happy and walked back around the corner to retrieve my vehicle. I'm quite pleased with the great service, knowledgeable and friendly personnel, and quality of work. I'll definitely be going back next month for tire replacement- those prices are outstanding too! He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. Then the noise persisted and they still charged me over 500, and their mechanic told me the noise will go away with time and it was the spindle that should have been replaced. Their mechanic didn't fix the issue I went there for and still charged me so much money
