They have already blamed themselves for mistakes they had made in the office the office lady running. The whole thing is absolutely the rudest of shit you'll ever meet in your life. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years.
