I understand being careful and thorough, but I felt like I went to a Toyota dealership and was only quoted Maserati prices. Inquired regarding modifications to the quote and the answer I was given was "this is why my boss told me to tell you". I called another company who is a master electrician and is doing the job they quoted me 12k for 3k. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and thoughtful of our home. Before starting to install the final fan in the great room (with a 20-foot ceiling), they first had to maneuver a 16-foot step ladder into the house and room which was not easy due to the size and weight. Once they started to work on the install, they discovered that I didn't buy a fan for such a steep sloped ceiling. They repackaged the fan and wrapped up the job.
