Then I was quoted a job that was assessed at greater than my houses square footage with a job that was not at all what we discussed. I understand being careful and thorough, but I felt like I went to a Toyota dealership and was only quoted Maserati prices. Inquired regarding modifications to the quote and the answer I was given was "this is why my boss told me to tell you". I called another company who is a master electrician and is doing the job they quoted me 12k for 3k. I was bummed because electric is something I want done right and was hoping to give this local company business but will never recommend them.

Watts Up came to my home and repaired an outlet that wasn't working. I was told the problem was a…read moreloose wire. They fixed it, but 2 months later the outlet was again not working. I contacted Watts Up and was told there was no warranty for repairing a loose wire and I would have to pay for them to come out and fix it. Apparently, the outlet wasn't fixed correctly the first time. I would expect they would have at least waived the service call fee to see what the problem is. And if it's the same problem I wouldn't expect to have to pay to have it fixed again after only 2 months.

Tony's attitude is great; he is focused and he laughs a lot. Truly fun to work with. We got rid of some old wires and outlets no longer used; he's really good at labeling everything for the future. He gave me some ideas for future projects I've been thinking of: under-counter lighting, outside security lighting and art lighting. On a previous visit he installed a new generator and re-did all our panels. A one man band! So happy to have found Tony and his wife, Kim, who is quick at responding and a great scheduler too.
