Then another tradigety, my Granddaughter passed away, so i called again explained again what was going on even though i was still not healed from all this, but i wanted to see my Doctor, again they said no problem we understand why you are not coming in, and i told them i will be in as soon as all this was taken care of and again they said no problem. So i called for an appointment in June and the girl told me it has been to long and the dentist will not see you, i told her i have been calling in and was told it was ok, and she said no and hung up. How can they get away with this, it is very unfair being i was told they understood my situation. I know it is not the Doctors fault, but the front desk just hung up on me. I am 77 years old and never had such a bad experience. All i wanted was an adjustment as i can not wear them this way. Please , i do not know what to do i paid them up front for them and all i want is an adjustment. they are to long in the back of my throath and have bumps all over the top of the roof of the teeth. They never told me even though I had gone back for multiple appointments so it ended up going to collections. I called to ask how much my next appointment was going to be the day of and good thing I did because I reached the limit on my insurance and it was going to be $1000, again no one told me. I called to ask how much my filling would be and the front desk person grunted in annoyance and after being on hold for a few mins she came back and said she would have to call me back. Guess what they never did! The dentist herself is a little ruff and has little bedside manner but is really fast. Since I have some anxiety going to the dentist I didnt mind.

I went to him because of his credentials. He absolutely refused to prescribe a pain killer following the extraction that he performed and ignored my persistent calls and pleas for pain relief. Little did I know just how irresponsible and unprofessional Dr. Gould could be. I have advanced degrees in medical science so I understand the difference between compassionate and uncaring. He is definitely NOT in the caring category. This is a warning to others who are seeking the same type of consultation.

this doc is great!…read more Dr. Epp is gentle and unassuming. He is kind-hearted and knowledgeable. He is a great dentist. I think it is telling that the staff that works for him has been with him for years and years. They are also very knowledgeable. I've been going to see him since I was a teenager - and now my own family goes to see him. They have given me discounts when I didn't have insurance coverage, they have made it clear what needed to be done, and what could be done (to give me a choice as to how much I have to pay). My six year-old felt very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Epp too. I would recommend him to anyone - especially those with bad experiences before. His manor and tone will help you relax.

From the billing department to the techs to Dr. Danziger himself, it's not often you find an entire team as caring and gentle as they are. My parents started at this practice years ago and shame on me for not changing over sooner than I did. They will work with you when it comes to scheduling.
