We needed to feel protected and have things explained to us as this is out of our understanding. Instead we learned nothing and lost money. No care, no compassion and sadly no resolution. This lawyer is frequently preoccupied with other clients, resulting in delayed communication. There have been instances where I did not receive a response for over a week. Additionally, I find the lawyer's demeanor to be unprofessional and rude. It is clear he prioritizes avoiding legal pushback over genuinely assisting his client. He frequently talks down to me and seems to assume that I am trying to undermine him. This level of service is unacceptable, and I need a more dedicated and respectful approach moving forward. Furthermore, when I requested the termination of counsel, I was presented with a bill that exceeded the retainer by over two thousand dollars. It's important to note that we haven't spent a day in court or meditation yet. At no point did they inform if this. If I hadn't spoken up and terminated the contract that bill would've been more.

From the beginning, Adrian could tell me more about my case than the other firm could after weeks of work.
