They offer a weekly pass or every day single use. It's up to you how much you want to use. The 24hr one is pretty expensive though. It was 32euros for one person. The conductor comes around to check the tickets. Make sure you use the correct language upon purchase of tickets and you'll be fine.

Booked…read moreonline for the transfer service and communicated with manager Robert to make sure the pick up location was correct as our hotel was not listed on their website despite being a large and established hotel in Vienna: Hilton Vienna. The hotel is under major renovation and 2 of the entrances were closed. I had my wife waiting inside the door and I walked around the corner to cover the other 2 entrances since the driver was not outside when we came down 3:25 AM for 3:30AM pickup. Driver arrived at 3:31AM and went to the closed entrances. I ran back to the other side of the hotel and brought my luggage at wife to the car. Nice White Skoda station wagon running on diesel with clean interior. However the driver was going Dangerously fast on the freeway zigzagging through other cars and a couple of trucks up to 150 KM/Hr which was almost 100 MPH. The limit was 80 KM/Hr most of the way and maybe 100KM/Hr at one point but certainly not 140 to 150 KM that he was going most of the way on freeway. Luckily we arrived without any incident. I had the quote of either €32 credit card or €27 cash, confirmed with Robert the manager. After arriving the driver was asking for €32 even though I told him I was paying cash. He said system is showing €32. I told him I have cash of €30 prepared and he can take it or I pay with credit card. He reluctantly took it and was going to give me €3 changes which I told him to keep it. The main reason I picked this company is because of the TripAdvisor put this as #1 reviews under the category. Another company with very similar name has almost the same review star level on Google didn't charge extra for credit card. I believe my case was more isolated and Robert has been good in communication as a manager that is why I still put a neutral rating despite the dangerous behavior of the 1 driver.

The outside of the station is almost always dirty and makes me want to puke when walking though it, but the inside is normally clean. Therefore i have many mixed feelings regarding this station.
