I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. I have been here before and went back to purchase the exact same product I have purchased previously. i called and explained what i wanted and they told me to be there at 10:30 even though i did not need to see a doctor, they just needed me there at 10:30 So I arrive at 1015, checked in and stepped out the front door to finish my conference call. I walked back in and said, can I pick up my product, neither of the ladies at the front desk even asked me what i was there for, just told me to have a seat. 20 minutes later i walk back up to the front desk and explain that I needed to get back to work, and they said I was next up. I asked for what? And they said to see the doctor. i explained that during my initial call this morning that I was picking up a product that I had purchased before and they confirmed that i didn't need to see the doctor. Yet there i sat wasting my time since I left with no product even though it was sitting there for 30 minutes! STAY AWAY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. read more

Horrible front office staff. They never say hello. They over charged my account 3 times and said they didn't know how to correct it! It took forever and it really messed up my bank account. I've been doing a PRP treatment recently with Clearly and they're awesome. Super friendly staff, one of their PAs Jamie is an amazing person and makes you feel so comfortable even when talking about or going into uncomfortable procedures. I also went through an acutane procedure as well with these guys and 9 months later my acne is completely gone. Life savers and beautiful staff members create the most fulfilling sigh of relief any stressing young teen can face. DO NOT WAIT LIKE I DID. The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff makes it difficult to remain a patient. I cancelled an appointment with the most amount of notice we could give which unfortunately was within 24 hours. In fact, it was cancelled when they called to confirm the appointment the day before. When i called to make an appointment a few weeks later for another issue the representative verbally "scolded" me for not cancelling more than 24 hours before and now they needed to keep a credit card on file because I missed an appointment. What is the point of cancelling when they call if they are only going to penalize you anyways. It seems quite an antiquated process since that is the meaning of their phone call. My sons issue had cleared up so the appointment was no longer necessary. Should i have come in and paid for a visit that was not needed? . The office staff are friendly and very professional. I saw the PA in the office, Jamie Swistak who I found to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explained everything she did with detail. Made an appointment based on the great Yelp reviews. When making the appointment they DID'NT make me aware there was a cancellation/reschedule fee of $50. It must be 24 hrs before the appointment. I understand that some offices have that policy but they usually tell their patients when making an appointment. I had an unexpected meeting to attend. Since this happened and the front desk was not nice about it, I decided to cancel and I will not be going to this office. read more

Schedule appointment and always wait. They can "forget" your appointment so always keep card they give you with time. Happened 3 or more times. Staff changing. So I guess management is not so good. Charging my account 3 months or sometimes you will get a bill 7 month later. And that's after you payed in the office and the "checked insurance". They are a joke. Stay away. In addition, she was very knowledgable and effective with my insurance and for my paperwork done very quickly. I was then greeted by the nurse, Anie, who reviewed my med history and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Lasky was very profesional and thorough with my skin check. From my scalp to my toes. They were on time and I did not feel rushed. They did not push any cosmetic services as other practices I've been to. I will go back for other cosmetic services they offer. Well lemme start ..I thought the girl at the front desk was rude..when her coworker was questioning about a room being ready for me.(lady of color "nice") (other worker young snot up front) said well she was late..(I was 7 min late and lost coming from boca) as if I wasn't worthy to be next..so finally I get in the room..I have a cyst issue..the PA (which I asked for a DR cause I knew better) She had no clue! Yes it didn't look great, but don't they teach you to not say "oh my god "when you see a patient ? I was charged 110 to be told to see a Plastic surgeon..she had no clue if the cyst was deep or not..she injected it anyways..I doubt it will even help..since I've had this for 2 years ..What is the point of going to a dermatologist? It was my understanding they study skin. I think that place is for Botox and things like that, clearly something I coulda been told before I made an appointment ..I asked for a DR and front desk said the PA is just as qualified .Well sorry to tell you , but I think she is still in the beginning stages of her career..she was young, and asked well is there anything else..lol ..No I came for one serious 2 year reason, and $200 later and still same problem with just a phone number to go somewhere else! I had an aweful experience at this location. I went in to get a mole looked at because it seemed to have darkened and gotten bigger. The wait time was a little long and it seemed the staff was just there to have a job. No one seemed happy at all. I finally get in to see the doctor and she takes a picture of the mole and says that I need a biopsy and that someone would call me to schedule the appointment for two weeks. No one called to follow up with the biopsy appointment. I however reached out to them several times and all they ever said is "We will call you back" but they never did. I decided to seek help from another dermatologist that was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I went into her office and she took one look at the mole and told me there was absolutely nothing to worry about. She told me what type of mole it was and also informed me because of my racial back ground that these types of moles were very common and as I got older I would probably have more. She also did a whole body check and assured me that everything was just fine and there was absolutely no need whatsoever to have a biopsy. She told me that if I wanted to start seeing her once a year going forward that she'd be happy to have me as a patient. All of that time I spent with Clearlyderm, scared that I had skin cancer or something, they didn't care about me as a patient or how I felt. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this place. read more

This place is a scam. They want to see their clients three times in the course of six months to bill out your insurance. They also don't recommend generics and use a third party company to sell their brands that they receive a kick back on. I have been to other offices in the past never had this bad of an experience.
