Yes she is professional however there is deception going on when it comes to sending out emails with special discounts! In reality there are NO discounts. It is just a soliciting ploy to get clients to make appointments more often. If the assistants quote prices on the phone BEFORE any monthly specials - don't count on getting those prices reduced. When inquiring and asking the Dr. face to face in the exam room (after treatment about the discount in an email I received), She said that her assistant would come back in with the pricing. Yet moments later the Dr. and her assistant began whispering back and forth just outside the open door about it. This practice is more concerned with revenue than the services and in my opinion, are way overpriced compared to my former Board Certified dermatologist.

I don't…read moreunderstand where the positive reviews come from but I will tell you my experience was absolutely abhorrent, horrible and did not meet even the bare minimum standard of care for a so called doctor. I called her office for an appointment and was asked if I wanted a 30 minute or 1 hour appointment. How am I supposed to know that? Ironically, she spent all of 3to 5 minutes in the room for my appointment. Yes, you read that right. I arrived at her office at 10:50am am for an 11:00am appointment and was greeted by someone who said she shares office space but she's not her receptionist. She has no receptionist and no one was there to help. It's a weird space that doesn't even look like. medical office. All very strange. I called while I was waiting in the lobby to ask what was going on, no answer. Then she shows up at 11:45 with many patients waiting in the lobby already and nowhere to sit while princess showed up 45 minutes to 1 hour late. She didn't even begin taking patients right away. Eventually she called me and I told her some of my concerns, not all because she was very rude. She made me very uncomfortable because she was on the computer the whole time and not really having a consult. She kept trying to end the conversation and leave the room. She told me about a medication for my condition and said "there are two options" but explained no further. I had to keep asking, as you prescribing both? She just said "Yes" again no other explanation. Do I use both? "No, just pick one". like that the whole time. It was extremely unpleasant. She didn't even apologize for being over an hour late and had the worst attitude and god complex. She spent all of five minutes in the room, half of which she spent scolding me and saying that if I made an appointment I had to keep it and that people needed to be respectful of other people's time, when she was an hour + late!!! I could not believe that she looked at me with a straight face treating me like a child about being on time and respecting people's time when she is shamelessly late, has an attitude and spent 3 minutes in the room. She also spent some time telling me I better made sure I asked all questions during the visit because I couldn't call after to ask any questions at all and I couldn't email either. Ironically, she kept trying to leave the room! So I couldn't ask her any questions. She never explained even the name of the medications she was prescribing, she also didn't explain how to use them or for how long. This woman not have a medical office at all, she is horrible. I am attaching the review request from her office so that there's no confusion regarding whether I visited her office.

However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.
