Their disorganization has regularly put me through phone tag hell and left me stranded without my medication. Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

All the women here are super sweet. Doctor Zimmerman is a doll. She helped with clearing my acne, and perscribed me the best products for my specific skin needs. My wife has had dementia since 02/2016. Dr Nolan knows this. We have dual appointments so I can help. Today, Dr Nolan entered the room for a follow up to freeze 2 pre-cancerous spots on Cathy. I had removed the necessary clothing and the doctor entered the room, grabbed the liquid nitrogen without any comment or warning to my wife and began shooting the burning liquid onto her. As I got up to console my wife who was now very upset, the doctor moved on and sprayed the frozen liquid onto my wife's scalp, without comment again. The doctor bolted from the room and her nurse assistant explained follow up care. As the assistant was leaving the room, I asked her to relay to the doctor that I thought her interaction with my wife was very inappropriate. She said that she would do so. As I struggled to get my wife, who remained upset, dressed, the nurse returned and asked if she could help. No comment/apology from Dr. Bridgit Nolan.

Finally called me back and then wanted to put me through another loop of phone calls trying to find out why it hadn't been called in. This office was empty when I went in. No patients. They were so bored they were doing cosmetic procedures on themselves and they can't make one phone call to a pharmacy??? I'm very glad I haven't spent the $5000+ I was just about to book there yet since this is how they operate... I wish they would just take care of what was promised and stop with the operational inefficiencies going on in their office. It's very unreasonable to patients to have to deal with.

I was so disappointed to hear about he's retirement…read more He was a caring, informative and his check-up was very thorough unfortunately for me it was very important because I had numerous findings that was close to develop to melanoma. He was always neat looking like a doctor should along with the office being very clean and orderly. I never commented on his excellent service but now after trying at least five other dermatologists that fail to give you a proper examination that I am accustomed to. Dr. Sokolof was one in a million and I miss him a lot.

Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return when the time is right. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!
