And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. When asked why the original order was different from the final order, it was claimed that she never knew about them. A simple apology and offer to help would have made the difference but instead we all were left to scramble and find new flowers.

Not only that, when a burgundy flower was ordered, and it was unfortunately unable to be grown at this time of year, instead of calling and asking what else could be brought instead of this flower, she brought bright red roses. Literally no roses at this wedding, so they stuck out like a sore thumb. Thankfully, the cake decorator had brought decorations and was able to fix that mistake and a parent of the bridal party was able to go to the store for the missing item on the order. Just save yourself the stress of going here and find a better option for a florist for your big day.

I ordered my daughter's senior prom bouquet from Butz Flowers, a business that touts "50 years of experience," and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. During the consultation, we specifically requested calla lilies (and paid extra for them) and said NO roses. They asked us to email exactly what we wanted, which we did. The bouquet we received looked nothing like the photos. No calla lilies, but roses included, and overall, not even close to what we ordered. We paid $127 for this arrangement. When I saw the bouquet, I called the florist, thinking they gave my daughter the wrong order, I was told it was the correct one. Upon explaining our dissatisfaction, I was told that it's "always florist choice." If that's true, why ask for photos? Why charge extra for specific flowers you don't intend to provide? I politely asked for a refund. After being transferred multiple times and offered only a $25 in-store credit, I finally spoke with the owner, who was snarky and unprofessional. He insisted I return the bouquet for a full refund--even though prom was in hours and he admitted he couldn't provide the correct flowers anyway. Only after pushing back, He eventually issued a refund, but the experience was stressful, dismissive, and completely avoidable. This wasn't my first time receiving flowers completely different from what I ordered from them. We decided to give them another chance due to the fact we were doing a consultation and the fact that they were the only florist open on the day we needed to order and the most convenient for pickup on prom day. I regret that decision. For a business that prides itself on half a century of service, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care was shocking.
