They said the online instructions say it's a "Customer Pack", which means the customer packs it. Last time they said this, I asked what that means and they said it could not have any business logos or photos on the box. So this time my box was completely blank save for one sticker, which I suggested I could remove. I was told I could not ship it and that it had to be packed in another box. So, once again I drove to the University Place UPS store and they took my box. I asked if there are any restrictions on the box I ship something back in, they told me only if the box is too big then it is considered an oversize. I should have known they would do this because it isn't the first time. So, save your money and go to the UP store. Unless you want to be lied to and forced into buying their boxes out of convenience.

Sorry, I didn't want to open a mailbox. I previously sent 2 packages from Amazon a week prior here with no hassles. I told her since she lied and held my package. I had to get the medication for 3x the price, since she held my package hostage because I didn't open a mailbox there. Long story short they will gouge you for your money. Save your time and money and don't waste your time with this incompetent, rude and liar of a manager Sofia.

I reached out to Curtis towards the end of last year after I was referred to him by someone I know…read more I explained to him what I needed for a non profit company I'm a volunteer for. He agreed he could do the work and we entered into an agreement mid December. He gave me a list of things he needed from us. The treasurer and I kept him updated on our progress on the things he'd asked for. By mid February we had everything ready for him that he'd requested. He said he'd get to work on our project. By mid March I reached out to him and he said that he wouldn't be able to really work on it until after tax season (end of April) ok no problem. We run fiscal year and not calendar year so that's fine. Beginning of May I reached out to him and he said he'd start working on it the following. Week. Ok. End of May I reached out again and he said he'd been swamped with the tax season but would start the following week. First week of June the treasurer reached out to him to see how things were going and we were told that he was getting started that week and everything would be completed and wrapped up by the end of of June 6/30. Well you can see what the date is and the rating. He didn't ever even start our project despite promising 6 different times he'd start working on it next week. The 6th time I told him no I was terminating our agreement and we'd be going another direction. I can't honestly speak for how he does as a cpa seeing as he didn't do the things he promised. Save yourself the headache and money and just look elsewhere.
