I asked who the manager was ghe snotty rude girl that was not waiting on me said there is no manager here now, I knew that I asked when would she be here so I can call her. It's a great gym and Trevor is fine. The cleanliness is the highest of the three gyms I've belonged to. The locker rooms do not smell and do not have that layer of biofilm on the floor that legit every gym locker room I've ever seen has. It's a product of the low traffic - join this gym. It's a blessing to walk around in an immaculate locker room and not squish through biofilm with every step. Someone mentioned Trevor. He's probably on the spectrum (can you blame him for that or does the other person lack understanding?) I've found Trevor very friendly and I think that person is just self conscious in a way that does not know how to cope with interactions with the hyper male things-over-people-oriented genius mind those on the spectrum have.

Another woman came in after me and was told there would be a 45 minute wait by the time I got done. After the employee finished cleaning beds for those who were waiting, she put me in the instant tan. When I was done and dressed, I went back out to the lobby to get checked into the red light. Both employees ignored me and stood at the registers for eight minutes.. When I finally asked the status of the red light bed, they told me it would be an 11 minute wait. I said the math didn't add up because I was told over 15 minutes ago that the wait would be 15 minutes. She told me they "had" to put someone else ahead of me. Apparently, they made a mistake. I get that happens, even though it's happened to me six times in the last seven months. My biggest issue is that they looked at me sitting there for eight minutes and didn't say a word. If there is going to be a waitlist for those that want to do multiple things, I strongly suggest employees are trained on how to run this appropriately. Otherwise, don't use a process the employees can't manage effectively.

I say this because I work at that Kohl's across the parking lot and hate when I have to deal with people that treat employees like I did. It all started with her asking the lotion I use. I get mine from Ulta for about $10 because I can't afford a lot of their lotions at Sun Tan City. She told me I couldn't use it because it had oils that crack their acrylic. Instead of understanding that she was following policy I got mad and I regret that. She was so kind and helped me find a bronzer for about $30 because she understood I have a tight budget. I never got her name but she was working around noon on New Year's Eve. I would like to thank her for putting up with my attitude.
