This should not happen to you. They even charged me $90 without actually providing the tour. At first, I wasn't aware of this pattern, but after checking previous reviews on TripAdvisor, I discovered that such refund issues seem to occur quite often. I recently went in there to buy a Bowtech Core SS but ended up leaving with their last Hoyt RX-9 Ultra. I come in here for tuneups on my old bow Diamond Infinite Edge and now my new bow as well. When I bought my new bow they easily adjusted my smaller bow for my son even though he wasn't present. With some minor shooting on my own it was zeroed for him when he got to shoot it. Great team great shop great atmosphere. They have high end and entry level gear and equipment and won't always recommend what's most expensive but what most works for you. They gave me an awesome bow when I bought the hat though.
