Before he left our house, he dumped a lot of poop he had picked up from another house and dumped it all over the front side of our house. So rude and disrespectful!! I have now sent no less than 5 emails asking for follow-up and the service to be cancelled. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled.
