I asked her to please speak to my husband before entering our property and to talk about what we wanted in the future. That did not happen. I called multiple times and left voice mails, no call back. Then they came a 2nd time, still no discussion. Said they removed 2 full kitchen sized trash bags of poop from my yard...ummm no, sorry not the case. I called again...no return call. Text last night shows they are coming today, so I called, angry...called me back this morning. She said they are not coming today, not sure why I got the text, she didn't have any notes of what I wanted...I am a first time customer you'd think you'd want to keep me. But she argued so it's cancelled. They get a 1 for washing the grass. Communication is poor at best. Very disappointed. I lost one of my dogs and then was in the hospital for a few weeks for kidney failure, they closed my account for late payment. They refuse to allow me to pay when I'm released and will not return. I explained what happened but they don't care about their customers, just their payments. I would not recommend them, as the work was 'ok' but not great, wizywash didn't help with the flies and the scent only lasted an hour. They claim I had a history of late payment, yet I never carried a balance for more than a few days as they refused to change my billing date so I would pay a few days later, I told them this many times. They created a default situation and punished me for their policies. Very bad people and bad business read more

I've got four dogs so there is a lot of poop! We usually clean it up every few weeks but still have a mess. I was hesitant to use the service but decided there was nothing to lose. They sent reminders via text and email and a final text when they were 30 minutes away, which is good for me so I can get my dogs put up. They met the dogs before getting started and then went straight to work. They completed their work and then did another sweep of the yard. I'm sure it would have been easier if there weren't so many weeds in my dead grass. They sent me a follow-up text with a picture of how many bags they filled.
