The owner GG is exactly what we expected, someone who knows and loves animals, who's reliable, and wants the best for them. Imagine, our cat had a big room all to herself, with toys, cat tree towers, and a television!!! Nearly every day, GG sent us pictures and videos of her playing and taking great care of Gucci. Her rates are fair and reasonable. We picked her up this morning coming back from the ship, and GG had a little surprise for us, she gave us a Christmas present for her, nice touch from her part. It's like the worst day care you could have seen on the news where children are beaten, abused or otherwise mistreated. Is it possible to give them a negative review or have the SPCA do a welfare check?? A nightmare at best. It's like throwing your dogs into a wolves den. Our 11 lb Pomeranian was given back to us with a baseball size accumulation of poo. She screamed when we picked her up like she was being tortured. Colleen's comment, "oh, I didn't know". Understand me, do not under any circumstance ever take your precious pet there. Feel free to call me and I will tell you the truth. Most of the other reviews have to be fake. I will get them shut down if it's the last thing I do. No offer of a refund. Now we have to take them to court because of what the vet bill will cost. - awful, awful, awful. He is now permanently blind in one eye, which our vet confirmed was due to injury sustained while in their care. He also has a body infection, trauma to the inside of his mouth, and lost 1.5 lbs -- a significant amount for a 4.4 lb dog. There was no communication from the facility during his stay to alert me to any problems or injuries, and no explanation or accountability when I brought these issues to their attention. They are taking no accountability for what happened. My dog is not only physically hurt but emotionally distressed, and we are now left dealing with the aftermath, both medically and emotionally. This has been a heartbreaking and infuriating experience. I would never recommend this boarding facility .

I don't worry about my babies in my absence because she's a second mother to them. she does walk them (as many times a day as I need her) but she also takes the time to play with each of them developing a relationship with them and enhancing their day. She lets me know if they're feeling "off" or not feeling well. she also lets me know if she finds anything physically wrong with them and needs a vet visit. She offers to take them if I'm unable. Every penny I pay her for anything extra I need from her, vet visits, cleaning their kennels or keeping them if we're away is worth the money I pay her. Finding someone that treats our babies like we do is a rare find.
